Every single story is really awful. People manipulate and use each other and somehow this produces... love? I know that most people are smart enough to distinguish manga romances from reality, but enough of this garbage and it will start to seem 'normal..' In one of the stories a girl is nearly struck by one of her love rivals who said "Die!"... she's worried it might happen again, and the guy tells her not to worry about it and that if she can't face obstacles like that, she won't have the courage to love. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO woman should have to face psycho ex-girlfriends who try to physically assault her as an "obstacle" to love! Utterly horrifying. I normally don't mind escapist shoujo, but I felt disgust and no passion at all from reading these stories.
