Ok, from the first five chapters, this one looks to be quite good. It's a romantic gender bender... or at least I hope so, with a strong female lead so no whipping and everyone seems smart, so it should be a little different from the rest. I really like it. The art is very nice, and the story is interesting. I want to know more
Not As Great As I Was Hoping

Based on the limited reviews and ratings so far, I decided to give this one a read but it hasn't gripped me like I was expecting. The premise comes across as weak (as many gender benders where girls attend all-boys schools do). Unfortunately the plot isn't as well constructed as I was hoping for. I was really looking for a great story with the kind of genres and situations that this type of story sets up. I just haven't found it yet.
The art is nothing to rave at and the characters haven't really stood out yet. The premise of the school seems a little far-fetched and the brother's motivations are... a little unbelievable? His personality and kindness to others seems to be counter his ultimate goal which just makes his character feel flat to me - like his ambition is just there to be surprising and outlandish and comedic. Personally I like comedy that has much more wit to it than shock value.
About the only things I've enjoyed so far is the multi-national aspect of the school, Nareh's love for her home country, and the author's development of Nareh's complex towards her brother. Take those aspects and put them in a differently plotted story and I may enjoy it more.
