I think that this is conceptually a pretty decent continuation to Hensoukyoku. The themes and plotlines tie together well, but this still feels a bit rough around the edges and lacking in charm when compared to the wonderful predecessor it has. I don't really regret reading it, but I can't recommend it either given that it doesn't bring much to the table as a whole and more or less has a nonending.
