As far as I can tell, Sanbika is a reprint of Motoni's older tank, Kaibutsu Ouji, with a few of her earlier oneshots (e.g. Sound Masturbation) chucked in on the end. The stories range from the macabre to the utterly twisted accompanied by Motoni's artwork is in its early stages; harsh, violent and moody.
Though it pains me to say it, this one is probably only going to appeal to die-hard Motoni fans or fans of a more edgy take on horror/supernatural themes.
