Description
For Tanpopo Yamazaki, life at the elitist academy in Tokyo seems way out of her league. The children of wealthy families snub her, other students make light of the fact that she actually tested into Meio, instead of relying on family connections, and the cute boy she saw tending a dandelion the day before wouldn't even acknowledge her existence. Hoping to make friends and have some fun, Tanpopo starts up a gardening committee, but will this help her survive in a school where superficiality and money reign supreme?

i love it...even though its cheesy and cliche at times....the series is very funny because of the different personalities of the characters...the the ending is just too expected... so i cant exactly give the 10/10 rating to it but still its a definite must read!!!!!!!!
I have to say this is one of my favorite series from Watase-sensei, it's funny, and also cliche at the same time! The characters from this manga are well... Lively... With their bizzare habits, this manga really made my day!

Really, the only good thing about the series is good for passing time and just want a good, sweet read that has every shoujo cliche possible. It's actually very fun if you try to picture what the next cliche will happen next and be rewarded with the expectations. At least, it's only five volumes long, so I had an enjoyable time reading it. Otherwise, it's just... super fluffy sweet sort of thing.

This is one of those mangas where if you can get passed the first volume then you will want to finish the rest.....but getting through that first volume is tough, unless you like the Boys over flowers type of mangas or have not read more than 10 shoujos'. The art is good, the storyline is sweet just a bit dramatic.
......i feel like this was a rip-off from hana yori dango......the art is less unique than hana yori dango though....overally an ok story
a manga based on the love for gardening..come on..it was alittle bit to0 cheesy. the storyline is so-so, the ending was rushed. but it does have its funny and sweet momments ..
i am revising my vote from a 6.5 to an 8. i guess i misjudged this series a bit too early. With the addition of a character or two, this series became more a ppealing to me and i enjoyed it more. (also the developement of a romance helps!)

a very cute story!
This and Alice 19th are Yuu Watase's best series by far. Nice characters and storyline. Very sweet.
