Magical girl parody.
Male high school student finds ring that grants "magical girl" powers including outfit, but doesn't otherwise change his appearance. "Cute animal sidekick" and monster appear, monster about to attack girl he has a crush on, fighting while looking like a crossdressing weirdo unacceptable, "cute animal sidekick" helps him to change into 9 year old girl. Regularly fights monsters afterwards, but changes back into his normal form in between.
