This is a classic case of a harem manga with some magical elements. Boy meets girl in the distant past, grows up and meets girl again. Next door neighbor is his main rival but he has a bunch of other girls around as well. All other males are losers/perverts. Comedy and nudity ensues.

Positive elements: The male protagonist/harem master is not a pathetic wimp like many in this genre. The main girl is completely delusional which is a rarity. Most are just partially so.

Negative Elements: The characters are fairly cookie cutter/transparent so far. The story is somewhat predictable.

Overall: A well done harem manga that doesn't really try to be anything more. Worth a read for the humor and a bit of fanservice.

For some reason, this reminds me of Kannagi; albeit a way less serious one (and we don't get screwed by a sudden hiatus).

Anyway, excellent character design (Konoha especially). Don't expect anything unique or groundbreaking here, but it's definitely worth a try.

Why do they call these types of stories ROM COMS. There is no romance at all, just close friendship.
I think these types of stories would be much better if they actually had some romance in them.

This series was a decent read, but now that it is finished I can say that I'll forget about it within a week. Noting truly memorable from characters to story or even art. Read only to pass the time.
