A very pure & heart-wrenching manga
I really teared up. I felt so bad for her and her parents, especially the father. A really heart-warming and heart-breaking story.
It's simple and a little cheesy but in a wonderful way.
But that's all i can say. Good premise, but no matter how hard i tried i couldn't cry. I didn't get the feeling that they loved each other really. maybe some more character development was required??
I think the most beautiful thing about this story is the simplicity of it. The way she told was so simple that it made it more beautiful not too much drama but enough to send the message
It's sad but in a gentle way, not too teary and not too sloppy. It leave a soft echo and especially when reading it while listen to Yui's "Goodbye Days", it felt real...
I've watched the movie first before hearing it has a manga so I searched and found it and it has the same effect it made me cry.. so sad love story i never liked tear jerkers mainly i hate tragic ending but this one i liked it.... nice story though sad ending
I wasn't expecting that in the end. Well, i mean like not that quick but not even a child? I'm sure every or most girls' dream is to get marry and have a family. So that's why I felt sad for her :'(. After reading this made me think If I was her.... oh man I don't know what to do..... Anyhow, this is a great story to read into. I recommend it (also have a box of tissue next to you at the end)
A story of strength. A story of innocence and beauty. A story of love. A tragedy. A legacy. Warning it is also a tear-jerker, but truly a wonderful story.
*Wipes away tears*
Not really, but I definitely felt like crying. It's just...as perfect as it can get. Yes, it's cliche. But it's the healthy kind of cliche that we all love. I also like how the disease is named, rather than some random "incurable" disease cliche.
Im not the type that usually read Shoujo or Josei manga ( being a boy and all that ^^ ) but i really enjoyed this one ... its a very heartwarming story with a very sad and touching ending ( i actually shed a tear just dont tell anyone ) it gets a very well deserved 8 from me
Tragic & Realistic
Its a very nice romantic-tragedy involving Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP disease). A very sweet story even when it has a cliche end to it...it pained me (but I couldn't shed a tear which is sad :'( )
