The first story is in the male lead's perspective, and the second chapter is in the female lead's. Both chapters leave a lot unsaid, but more so in chapter 2, which is in Mariya's perspective.
We learn very little about the characters in both chapters.
I think this would have been better if the author had decided to give the characters more depth, and if the story was more developed. If both perspectives were mashed together, and the female character would be more "rounded" out, if she were the lead. I know absolutely nothing about her!
Aside from the very bad plot and character development, the art is quite nice.
Nevertheless, cute artwork can't make up for lack of story.
Edit: I finished the volume.
Story 3 is my favorite story of the volume, despite its overly trite story. Another teacher x student short story that we've read hundreds of times, yet I feel the art matches this kind of story.
Story 4 is...also overused. Cold girl with happy-go-lucky guy. It's almost as empty as the first two short stories, except the main character has a bit (just a bit) more depth.
So, whereas I originally gave this story a 2/10, it's now a.. 2.5/10.

The boy fell in love with the girl simply because she shared her eraser with him, and the girl agreed to date him only because she felt like having a boyfriend at the time.

I really loved the potential of these. If only they were longer they'd be so much more!!!

"Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasaeru"
The feel of it is the same, and the art is also similar. If you were a little unsatisfied with how short these stories were,
or you wished the characters were a bit more developed, this would be the one to look at.

What's the meaning of the second chapter? We don't learn any new info, so it's just boring and meaningless. The other stories weren't bad, but it's not an unforgettable manga.
i agree with you In-tuition though the art is good the author lacks character development and the perspective from mariya side didn't help add anything to her growth it was more of a repeat from the first ch only few new scenes.
The other two stories pretty much the same thing it felt dry and meaningless...only high praise for the art

I seriously HATED Chapter 4. Heres what happened,
at first, I thought it was cute.
Then that girl who liked the guy lead was laughing and giggling and whispering things to him, and they looked like they were happy, and that made this story's rating from 6 to 3.
It pissed me off because after the girl lead left, he chased after her and told her they were talking about how he rejected her? THE F'K ? He was giggling and laughing with the girl talking about how he rejected her ? OH YEAH THAT MAKES TOTAL SENSE. And that girl seemed happy, MAKES SENSE.
