The Sequel Deepens the Prequel Considerably

This is a great story! Don't stop at volume one; keep going to this volume because it actually enhances the nuances and adds considerable depth of character to all personalities in the story.

The interplay of serious-frivolous and light-heavy subjects and scenes was balanced harmoniously! By the time I finished the second volume, Touji's bright, quirky personality became shockingly more significant and Natsume's subtle changes that indicated his contentment became more prominent. I was very impressed by Fujiyama-sensei's vivid art and story telling ability and loved these characters very much!

The art, as usual for this author, was good. The concept was interesting.

However, I am not a fan of ukes who resist having sex for no/stupid reasons (who is unwilling to have sex for weeks on endconfused), and rape makes me ill (not the main characters - but there were descriptions by another character), so this was not a favorite story of mine.

It's not a bad story. It just isn't one that I'll probably read again. I got uncomfortable. But if you're okay with that, it is better than a lot of BL.

More depth, more chapters, more personality to some of the characters, and the story would´ve been flawless. I´m a big fan of this whole "Dark past" thing and Fujiyama succeded in portraying that feeling, at least in the last chapters of the Manga.

Don´t quite get why it has so low ratings. This one isn´t bad and I´ve seen alot worse yaoi out there that has higher ratings, guess it´s a matter of taste....hmpf

Read it, not regrettable or timewasting.

This volume was even better than the 1st...Sensei should have entered a scene where Touji or some other guys rape the pervert, or at least torture him......Yeah, i know i'm a total sadist, but the guy deserves it!
Now if only sensei can break away from her inability to tie all the bows at the end, i would be so happy. It's like she has never heard of the word closure! ^_^
