I have to admit Nakamura is few of the artist that has the strong impression on me.The art is so fucking perfect.It seems so fragile, vulnerable but mysterious, seductive and compelling at the same time.As if the art alone is not enough, she puts the whole things on another level with the plot.And everytime, she never fails to make me in awe.Shes far ahead all of those conventional n somehow mediocre yaoi stories and there's only one reason you hate her because once you let her in, she s gonna capture you.Damn, i love this woman

I used to lose my sh*t over this manga back in the days lol. The wait for every release was painfully tantalising but then the payoff when each chapter was updated was worth it every time. And somehow two years had already passed before I even realised it. That's how insanely good it is. Even despite my gripe with the ending, it is undeniable that this is a brilliant work of art skilfully craft under the hands of an exceptionally talented mangaka. Love, lust, suspense, drama, all are encompassed with the gorgeous artwork and make for a very thrilling read. It might not be to everyone's taste, given the subject matter, but those who do like to explore and discover new wonders should definitely give this a try.

I would have given this a 10 if it weren't for the ending. Not that I expected an "and they lived happily ever after" but that was too cliche and didn't jive with Shinobu's character. A few loose ends were also left hanging. Apart from that, the plot, characters, and the artwork are stunning. This is definitely one of the most memorable manga I have ever read and one of my favorite yaois.

Dark themes are my guilty pleasure so this manga was right up my ally. I enjoyed the story it told and the characters it portrayed. However, why couldn’t sensei carry the same quality until the end? There was little wrong with the execution of the manga until that cheesy ending. The true reason why to tag this as tragedy is the lost potential in this manga. I was very confused by the conclusion and loose ends. It just felt so out of character from everything this story could have been. Most of all, the character of the big brother changed too much towards the end to my liking. I feel betrayed on behalf of the characters.
How can I ever get rid of this sour aftertaste whenever I look at this manga again?
I could rant about this in detail for hours.
It could have so ended better…

God dammit, I love this manga, I love this author and this manga is pure gold. You should read it.(If you're okay with the incest theme).But the ending was very disappointing to me since.... I guess this is a dark manga from the beginning to the end, and it had to end in the way it did Although it didn't satisfy me I am sure a lot of people will still love it.

I agree with @mysocksgotdirty it really did have a potential but
overall its a good read.

Once i read Coponicus no Kokyuu, i knew that Nakamura Asumiko would be my favorite mangaka. I love her dark, twisted stuffs (more than Ogawa Chise, my other fave). Everytime i read those stuffs of her, i keep thinking and thinking about so many things.
Oh, and her sex scenes are perfect. Raw, seductive and alluring

The art might throw some people of a bit but the plot will definitely get you hooked. It's slightly disturbing for its taboo contents but that's what makes it even more appealing, well at least to a type of person such as myself. A definite good read.

This manga was great! I've been reading since there was only a oneshot, so I appreciate the two additional volumes.
The emotions and turmoil were depicted really well. However, the event in the last chapter was way too sudden in my opinion.

I'm not into incest. This manga somehow lures me thinking it was not incest but turned out as one! But I still like it! LOL

The art is also gorgeous!
