Yes they get sexual right away, but it really is full of yearning and pining and affection. I thought the “I’ll comfort you by jerking you off” thing was really strange, and it’s out of place in the grand scheme of the rest of the story, but the whole storyline of them together is so cute so I definitely recommend this BL.

I was so looking forward to this because of the good ratings...but just like the prev comment said, it's disappointing that they get sexual right away...

At the beginning I was really excited because it seemed like a really fluffy story with actual character developpement was about to be unfolded. However my hopes rapidly disappeared as they started the sexual acts really quickly in chapter one...
I wanted them to fall in love gradually and witness these cute embarrassing moments before getting it on. But this isn't what happened.

I guess I'm getting bored of those kind of yaoi because it's way too shallow for me and it kinda reminds me of the countless crappy shoujos I've read in the past. The sex-sex-sex thing is inevitably coming i know and i actually like it ! But I enjoy it even more when the author first make me frustrated (like : "omg pls kiss him already !!! *squeal*"). However here it comes right away ! I don't have time to get attached to the characters and to start imagining all the lewd things they could do together... ^^
That's why I'm kinda disappointed.

Nevertheless it's a good manga. Kanda-sensei's drawings are as good as ever and the comedy gets to me (I loved Ashitaka and Nishiro's cameo xD). Moreover Jun is seriously cute and I can't get enough of his adorableness (even if him being too insecure or innocent is sometimes getting a little bit on my nerves). Saki too is a really sweet seme and it's refreshing to see him blush from time to time
Anyway I guess it worths your time. But sadly don't expect any real developpment.

Btw it really reminded me of Katekyo!

It's a good read for me. I enjoyed the everyday life of the main story couple. The characters are great too especially the Seme but despite me actually liking this, the plot isn't something interesting. They fell in love then have sex. Just your typical yaoi manga. But because of the characters, I tried finishing it.

Now about the side stories... Well... They aren't very horrible but they're horrible. They're the definition of the same Yaoi plot over and over again. They are pretty boring too. Characters fall in love somehow then have sex.

So I was Surprised at the high ratings. Maybe many liked this because it's longer than your usual 5-6 manga?? Well I guess it's good for a light read and I kind of liked it anyway.

Is this manga is going to be continued? Please!! I've spent 1 year waiting for the sequel. This is my all time favorite manga, I've read almost every cute manga there is but this one is just so adorable, just makes me happy, motivates me and it's just perfect. I wish it would just never end ;_; I need help, I'm too obsessed with this xD Love the author <3 And the characters are just so adorable, every character is so great, even the doorman xD Kanda can show us the personality of someone with so few words and you just can't help but fall in love with characters. And also I love that it's not only a romance but a comedy and a slice of life, I just laugh so hard when they turn into chibies it's so cute. Just to see that they live happily together and enjoying life is enough to make my day and make me so happy. Thanks Kanda neko for this unforgettable experience, hope it'll continue, please make sure to notify me, thanks in advance. Love you <3

Awwwn, definatly one of my favourites. A must read for any yaoi lover.

Well I dont get why this manga has high ratings and praises. Okay the art is good but not that good and most of all the story was empty. I mean in all these chapters the story lacked like both uke and seme were really stereotypical and the mangaka doesnot present good how they can fall in love this much. I mean give us more reasons, more deep things.
This manga greatly lacks depth of story and characters, thats it.

I usually hate yaoi with age-difference because more often than not, there is some degree of dub/non-con and emotional manipulation going on especially when the uke is more on the submissive side. But Otokogokoro is great: the uke is innocent and naive, but not in the way that gets on ur nerve, he's not a brat and comes across as a genuinely nice kid. The seme is cool, but not in that pseudo sleek rich and "powerful" way that is overused in a lot of yaoi n shoujos, and he is actually a responsible adult. So yea, Kanda Neko's slowly becoming one of my fav authors - its a fine read so give it a try

Quite interesting and promising...
I always fall for the honest and innocent type...
It's also a major plus for me because the uke was so straightforward with his feeling..
I'm kinda tired of the tsun-tsun type...
plus the built of the uke was right for me, not so delicate and petite but a normal 18 year old man..
the seme was hot too..

the characters a 10

it's an overall great manga...
i wish they would translate the other 2 sequels of this manga...
soooo loooking forward to this..
a great start of my yaoi quest this year..hehehe ^_^
