I love all the characters and you should too. There's no super evil 3rd party. No dramatic love triangle. All of them are just so damned adorable.
Even though Hime-chan is totally hot-headed I still like her very much ( which is very telling since I often don't like hot-headed characters XD). She's more manly and stronger than most of shoujo boys out there. A straight-forward girl and very honest with her own feeling. You won't see her struggling like "oh no, I'm not in love with him" like in other shoujo. She always thinks of others before herself and it isn't fake at all. Hime-chan would make a totally hot boyfriend lol (fact is that there're girls who admire her in the manga XD). That's why her boyfriend would be someone who is equally, if not more so, manly than her. Daichi is super nice but not dull at all. Cheeky but not a bad-boy type. Calm but not cold. You can't help but like him. Him and Hime make a perfect couple <3
Other characters are also very cute and nice. I just love them all (especially Pokota) <3
I gave this a 10. I don't think it's perfect but this is a fresh air from all those whiny, cheesy, dramatic shoujo.

I just picked up this manga by chance and thought "That kind of manga with such big sparkling eyes char wouldn't attract me much" But surprisingly,it's pretty good,not boring at all 
I really enjoy reading Hime chan no ribon.In my country,it was released in Bunko-size (smaller than usual and have more pages,about 300 pages each) so this's a new experiment to me in reading manga
