Description
From Tokyopop: With Ichigo Momomiya studying abroad in London with Masaya, the remaining four girls from Cafe Mew Mew are one too few. Luckily, a new Mew is about to emerge. Berry Shirayuki, a fashionable young girl, has just transferred to a different junior high because she thought their school outfits were cute.
Little does she know she's about to become the first Mew Mew with TWO sets of animal genes in her blood. Half cat, half rabbit, she's joining the Mew Mew team just in time. A new gang calling itself the Crusaders has appeared, and its leader just happens to love wild game like rabbit - well done and served for his dinner!
When Mew Ichigo returns from London she's going to be very, very surprised!
Now the main series I gave a 2. But this was AWFUL. I'm sorry, but, it just...... IS. The end was so shoujo-y I almost barfed. Heck, I did barf. The plot was horrid. Character designs are bad, but not awful. So, it's a 1. AND THAT'S THAT.
Maybe I'm weird for actually loving the Tokyo mew mew series..This manga is super cute! >_< It doesn't contain any depth in plot or characters but I feel like it doesn't intend to do so either, though it's sweetness and naivety is very heartwarming!
Oh gosh, I read this years ago, and I thought it was awesome because it was like one of my first mangas. But, now I realize it was like, lol, a bunch of crap. Then again, I see why I liked it then though. xD
... if you hate the series so much why would you read it **loser** well, my sister likes this series... well, she hasnt read THIS one yet, but she likes the first one. i do have to say i like the chibis my sis showed me
God, I'm so fed up with this series. I though it couldn't get worse than the main story but somehow it did. Especially at the part
Spoiler (highlight to view)
at the end where Tasuku and Berry confess the love to each other. And somehow the power of love drives the Saint Rose Crusaders away. I mean how much more cliched can it get?
The only thing I liked here was that there was a cuter couple and the pairing was better than in the first series.
This continuation is even more cliché than Tokyo Mew Mew. And the aliens aren't in this one, which is kind of disappointing. But the artwork is still nice.
