Artistic Frankenstein thy name is Fujisaki
Fujisaki Kou may one day come up with a really good idea for a BL plot, but it wouldn't matter because her art style is so aesthetically unappealing. Granted, this is my personal opinion. Some people may like her unique style. Some of those people may be legally blind... Jk but seriously, the incorrect proportions Fujisaki uses makes the characters' bodies look grotesque. It looks like every single character has a Bubba-style under bite. Not. Cute. The bodies are huge and the heads look like they're shrunken. Think the end of Beetle Juice when Michael Keaton's head is shrunk by that shaman. Uh ya. It's bad. I could go on. (Is this mangaka actually popular in Japan?)

oi. so bad.
the basic idea wasn't all that terrible, and i've seen it done well. but here it was just ghastly, with stupid actions and reactions by all people involved (except for the little tyke). and if the kid is the prettiest thing in a BL manga, that's even worse -- the art is terrible. while i generally like a large difference in line thickness because it can emphasise certain aspects of the drawing, here it seems a lot more random. what's worse is that the proportions are all off; huge bodies with tiny heads. the only thing that looks decent now and then are the close-up, when there are only heads in the panel. and there is nothing special to the panel design either; no interesting viewpoints. i don't think i can bear reading the sequels; i've gotta check whether the newer work by the mangaka is any better.

Crooked art, story so-so
Most others already states this but I will too just so you get the picture... the art is hilarious! It's certainly a matter of taste but I'm one of those who think her art style is just so unappealing! Her characters look like mentally handicapped gorilla mutants.... those mouths! And not to mention the proportion of the bodies... I actually laugh out loud several times while reading Fujisaki Kou manga because you never know when you will turn a page and one of those extra awkward abominations is going to jump you! While the fun factor of the art is something not necessarily negative, the question is how that affects an originally serious story... The stories aren't bad but, having to laugh at the art during not funny moments, and above else, not being able to see the characters' "beauty", their emotions, being able to feel with them through it is a downer. Instead I see chars making weird faces.
This manga in particular, I also can't say I liked the characters in general. Aside from their faces, especially Toudou is such an incredibly unappealing guy! No, okay, I'm really not sure if his gorilla looks or his personality are worse... I just don't see how he would be attractive to anyone. He's described as a really handsome man.... it sort of sucks when you, as a reader, can't see that.
Either way, the art gets more refined (but still plenty weird) at chapter 3... AHHH nose perspective!! I wouldn't particularly recommend this to anyone, but it's not horrible either, if you can stand the art......... then again, maybe you'll have a good laugh because of it.....
im not done reading it, but this so good! im hooked! can't wait for the next chapter! i love the couple and think they are so good together and the little boy is soo damn cute! But so far i hate the brother with a passion!
Happy Yarou Wedding
I will comment in favor of this manga. The art didn't distract me from the story because I think I've seen much worse. There are definite issues in proportionality/perspective/etc., but the characters' expressions never fell flat and the pages were laid out nicely. I'm more likely to set a manga aside because of a confusing or dull story or unlikable characters. The pacing in this manga was really nice, and the characters were engaging. I liked the main couple a lot and thought Shouta was adorable. I had a few unanswered questions, but nothing which majorly took away from the plot. I would recommend this for a nice read, and I'm looking forward to the sequels!
such a baaad art! omg LOL but kind of nice story
the art is so freaking horrible hahaha so much that it makes me laugh!!!, i mean like literaly, there were scenes that made me go LOL!!! it's so bad that's funny! hahaha , omg im so mean ahhah.. but the story it's nice.. i dunno it's just something light for a sunday afternoon.. i liked how it was told and.. i dunno i did liked it =), it was also funny so.. not bad ^-^.. and did i mention steamy? well it is..LOL only the bad art kind of spoils it all.. but everything else was fine =)

i love it! it gives alot of emotion...it put a smile on my face after reading chapters 2 and 3 and made me cry at chapter 5. its really good. the art is incredible.
Yes, the art style is'nt good, but the story make up for it, The story is really good, if you read till chapter 2 you won't want to stop for sure !! I droped this serie so many time because of it's bad art :/ but i really regrette it now for now reading it sooner
It's a refreshing story! The characters are cute! I loved it to bits! The only reason I won't give it 10/10 is the weird art... Though the faces and neck are well drawn, the bodies are gorilla like xD. Still, I liked it very much. Got hooked, and when I had to stop reading it for 2 hours, I got slightly frustrated. Really great.
A good one from that awsome mangaka!
I love how the love and sex is intense in her manga! I would like to see them again in a next vol!!! The art is incredible and the story is realy good.
