The synopsis and cover art make this one-shot sound like it's akin to a harem shoujo dealing with brother/sister relationships by marriage. That isn't really what this is. The relationship is already underway when the manga begins and the other brothers are only shown very briefly. Also, none of the characters even seem phased by the brother/sister-by-marriage thing, so it's not really a touchpoint of the story at all. It's only brought up once, briefly, and quickly dismissed.
That said, what this one-shot IS is a cute little story about a relationship where the girl doubts the guy's real feelings for her and worries he's ashamed of her. And as a one-shot of that variety... It's pretty good. Not phenomenal, but good.
The ending still left me with a few questions... but it's not a big deal. Overall, the one-shot was enjoyable enough for a quick read.
