It was supposed to be just a regular daily bus drive to their high school for Watanabe Sheena and her friend Yuki, but when the bus enters a thick fog, the unexpected happens and the bus gets transported to another world that seems prehistoric. With the bus driver gone, the only other passengers on the bus in this mysterious world are all high school girls: Izumi, Ayu, Kyoka, Anna and Jessica. With no cell phone or internet signal, they are completely cutoff from their world. To make things worse, they see hundreds of glowing eyes of predators at night waiting for the girls to make a mistake. How will seven high school girls survive in this treacherous place and get back safely to the real world?

Although the idea of this manga is pretty old (teleporting to the dinosaurs’ time) yet this manga shows a new perspective for this idea. Well the characters' personality makes the story interesting and the way the main characters acts and have strong leadership makes you wonder what is going to happen next. Nevertheless the characters are all teenagers so the way that they must act in order to survive this nightmare gives an excellent taste for the story. So in general this manga is worth reading.

Similar to Cage of Eden

The plot is pretty similar, with the different characters and seemingly impossible time travel to the Dinosaur periods. Only difference is that they find a new character somewhere in between and she turns out to have also defied time travel.

The norm, 2 sports girls who can lead the group (and save them once in a while), homey one who cooks for the group, a geek who knows (almost) everything about the island, etc, etc. The characters are pretty stereotype, but what they go through it pretty amusing at times. And there are much fewer characters to focus on, so the story is less confusing and actually more engaging, unline Cage of Eden, where there were so many characters it made your head spin.

Overall an okay read, nothing really gripping that keeps you on the edge of your seat. There's action, but not that much. The communication to the 'present' world is an interesting touch, too. If you're (kinda?) desperate for a survival type manga which is similar to Cage of Eden, this is the manga for you. Not too much blood and pretty family friendly survival manga...
