This is a story about a Kuu, who is thinking about her prince all the time, she has dreams of him all the time, of him telling her to come with him. This manga is good for what it is - a cute fantasy. It's not fluffy or shoujo-like. Romance between characters doesn't take up the majority of the story. For the record, I am not a fan of shoujo romance but was surprised to find myself enjoying this.
It has a seemingly blatant shoujo-ish premise (actually I believe few contemporary shoujo are like this anymore) but is suprisingly done well. The text is well-written (a lot is monologue).
In short, this is a moe title, but not a conventional one. It's told from a girl's perspective about her romantic feelings.
The anime adaptation is quite different from the manga and somehow makes the story sound cheesy, with unnecessary fanservice. However, I didn't find the story that cheesy when I read the manga even though I had expected it to be after watching the anime. Three volumes is a good length, therefore there won't be anything redundant or over the top even though it's cute overall.
The scanlation is slow. I would suggest reading it when it's fully scanlated.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
The girl is not human and you will know the truth of her "prince dream" in the end. Her name Kuu stands for "emptiness" in Japanese. You will also know why she is "empty".
The problem with it is that those who look for action will be disappointed and those who are used to conventional style moe or regular shounen romance will be disappointed too. Well, the artwork is good. Besides that I can't say much. I found myself continuing to read so I could look at the artwork rather than continue in the actual story.
Maybe it is just me but I hate the female leads that are along the lines of Kuu personality wise. The female lead feels like the 'poor pathetic me' type that you find in a good amount of shoujo mangas. The whole knight in shining armor thing that this manga has going on (from Kuu's standpoint anyway) makes it feel even more like a shoujo manga through and through. How this is labeled as shounen is beyond me.
Good art, bad story, misleading genre designations. Not worth reading unless you are looking for a poor shoujo-esque shounen manga and have nothing else to read.
