I generally dislike that most non-yuri Touhou doujins are about faceless, anonymous guys raping random Touhou girls. This doujin took the anonymity one step further, and removed everything non-essential from the “guys.” They’re reduced to a pile of “mushrooms.” Sexist? Kinda. Hot? Surprisingly, yes.

The story is that Marisa sent Patchouli a package of mushrooms. That’s about it. It’s still one of the best Patch doujins I’ve read. Hope you like gradient text, because the whole thing is in color and the author seems to like gradient text.
