Unhealthy, obsessive, and abusive relationships. Some of the stuff borders on stockholm syndrome and people actually like this stuff or find it romantic? Gag.

The art is the only positive. Storyline and characters are nonsense.

Well it was kind of dramatic, but if you read the series all in one go, it won't seem being that dragged either. It's a nice read if you like a lot of, uh, very dramatic(?) moments. It definitely is a lot better than a lot of other kidnapping manga that I've read. Sappy as it may seem, It has a lot of feeling in it, you can actually feel the characters' feelings. How should I put it...cliche, but the feelings are live.
Don't know if these count as spoilers, so beware:
Jarte might seem like a wicked and forceful guy at the end of the first volume, but don't let that put you off. I myself don't like manga with twisted guys as the main character, and he's actually a good person.
And second (which is very important to me) despite all the push and pull, it has a happy ending.
Oh, and the arts really good too.
The only reason I gave it an 8 was that like most shoujou manga, it was just about romance.
All in all, I think it will be enjoyable if you read it in one go and read to the end!

You know, right now I feel like one of thise men who were after Jay... I give up on finishing this manhwa many times, but every time I wanted to read somthing, I picked it up again... I wasn't into it, but I wanted to know how all of this ends. The art and the story are good, but sometimes mangaka didn't try to create something better or use something new, so the middle of the story is a bit of a mess. I liked the beginning and two last volumes, so I am not gonna rate this as bad, but I wouldn't want to read a story similar to this one any time soon...

I have to agree with just about every other post here. This started out as a nice sweet Manwha. I'm not saying that all I was looking for was fluff, but this has gone way overboard in the opposite direction. I find it hard to believe how the two main characters could possibly in love since they haven't had a chance to spend ten minutes together since they got engaged. With all the killing, abductions, betrayals, suicides and rapes I have to say I'm surprised that this isn't labeled as a tragedy.

By chapter 5 I was skimming through the chapters hoping that the Jay and J. would get some alone time together, but instead he seemed to be getting as disturbingly obsessed with her as the men around her, most of which had tried to kill her or hold her by force.

I gave this a 8 out of 10 and each chapter is deleted without a second thought, but for now I'll be keeping up to date with the story because it's like a train wreck. It's horrific, but somehow you just can't pull your eyes away.

I think this is one of the best manhwas out there nowadays.
I think some of the opinions being made by some people are too strict and narrow-minded.
Be considerate for the fact that the manhwa was excellently drawn and the plots were well developed. Despite to the drag of the events happened, I certainly admire the time and thoughts that had been put into writing such beautiful manhwa..
I'm looking forward for the sequels.

well, I'm halfway through this series and I need to say one thing...there's too much! There needs to be a lull or a short relaxing period (anything!); Jay is constantly in one seriously insane situation one after another.

I'm not fond of the fact that Wann makes all her guy "protagonists" to be rich, handsome, totally out of reach of normal people, fall in love in 3 seconds, and totally psychotic...but for some reason, I keep reading (and enjoying) her works...

If you want to see good artwork, then I give this manhwa 9.5/10.

If you want a rating for the actual story, I give it 9/10 if you ONLY read volumes 1-3 and 11 (which are the only parts I recommend you read).

If you read all the volumes, I'd have to give the story a 1/10. The author is constantly trying to drag out the series with constant kidnappings, attempted rapes and dramatic fluff. It's worse than any soap opera you'll ever see. It actually gets quite depressing at times too.

This manhwa was very nice at the beginning and had really good potential. I just wish the author had only published volumes 1-3 and 11 and skipped everything in the middle... it would have been really great.

The best thing about this manhwa was the drama, that's also it's downfall because sometimes there's way too much of it! It's also somewhat unrealistic how all these guys were willing to die for her but perhaps it's because of how pretty, fragile and innocent the main girl is.

It's definitely worth a try if you're a fan of the crazy emotional roller coaster shoujos.

I read some comments belows me and I though you guys does have some points in your opinion. It's in fact really unrealistic and the developement are unnatural! But, it is manhwa, not real life story. You don't expected to find much real life manga that are true to life; if so, it would be too boring and you wouldnt be reading it.
I like the soapiness of this manhwa and personally I think it's great. Depend on yours taste, I am not saying my opinion is correct or perfect.

I started out liking this manga. Initially the story was interesting and the art is great. The author then decided to introduce a "rival" to shake things up. Ok, no problem. However the rivals/psychos kept on popping up! All of them falling in love with Jay and attempting to show how much by attempting to rape her, with her being soooo understanding of their actions! Craziness!That began to sound it's death toll for me. I stopped reading it a few volumes backs but decided to read vol 9 to see if things had changed. It didn't. I'm not going to waste my time any more on what has become a very distasteful manga.
