I never expected that I would love this pair. Honestly, it's great, Ace is such a sexy beast lol. I love this series, can't wait for all of the spin offs to be scanlated, especially the two rabbit men (Peter & Elliot) and Alice pair as well as Julius- they're my favourite pairs with Alice, not necessarily the characters, they just looked good together (just saying, but I don't like the cannon couple i.e Blood).
Call me crazy, but I'm really fond of Ace, he is my favorite character with Blood as second.
Anyway, about this spin-off, it's too short! I'm craving for more Ace x Alice interactions at the same time feeling strangely satisfied in some ways I can't explain. I just wish there were more chapters, there is this feeling of untapped potential with this pairing, just think of the fun-dangerous-adventures these two could get into (with Ace getting lost all the time). And let us not forget that Ace is a triple S (sexy, sweet, sadistic) as someone aptly commented from a livejournal.
Oh and this part made me feel sad

since Ace is a person who is always lost, the scene with the forest with doors that would take you to the place you most want to be in, really made feel for Ace :(.
So, all in all, this is my favorite of all the spin-offs..
