The story was a mess. Somewhat complicated and rushed, since it would be 7 volumes long but it was cut to 3.

The art was decent but I wouldn't call it very beautiful. All the guys looked like girls, similar to the artwork of Tarot Cafe and Model.

I wasted my time.

I agree with the previous reviewer. The art is absolutely beautiful. Too bad the rest doesn't measure up. The plot is lackluster at best. As a result, I'm not interested in reading more.

I will make this short and simple.
Considering that this is the manga-ka's first manga, I'd say her drawing skills are great. Nice eye candy.
As of the plot, it's kind of lacking.

i really adore the drawing style of this mangaka, it's too beautiful. Each image looks perfect. It's gothic and sensual. About the plot i can't say much because i think it will be clearer in the next volumes (hoping it will continue, come on sensei!) but for now very interesting. Giving it a 9 !

the art is beautiful and each page looks like it should be a volume cover
the plot is a bit ... why don't we say shallow, but vol 3 really make it deeper than before. i don't know who will be doing vol 4

I think it's all good. The art and the story. Maybe it's because I like these genres. XD

The art is just amazing. Whenever I see a cover of one of the volumes I can't help but stare for a few seconds; the details and style are just beautiful.

Plot-wise the series is pretty good, but it's subpar in comparison to the art (then again, only a few plots can be better than the art of Alichino). Sometimes it can be kind of confusing, but re-reading the section can oftentimes help figure things out. It would also help if the series was continued beyond the third volume (I was under the impression that the series was just under hiatus, but I could be wrong), since future volumes would definitely help clear up some confusion in the current plot.

I've heard Alichino for a looong time, but I never knew what it was. After seeing this page, I'm totally hyped to read it!
I LOVE mystery horror stories, and what's more is the art style looks wonderful!!! *faints* Very doll-like! Like those porcelaine dolls made of glass!
It has a gothic feel about it which I also like, but I'm not goth... (weak-hearted)

Give it a try, it's good! That much I know.

Interesting storyline. One of those messed up fantasy stories (like vampire-related stories that are very haunting, very sad, very beautiful, and can't help but leave you a little despair).

The art is so beautiful. I believe this mangaka also wrote "The Jewel"?

I've read the complete series... but I'm kind of stunted by the abrupt ending in the 3rd volume. We didn't even get to see if Enju was saved or not... which leaves me in annoyance. I hate open-ended endings.....
