2105 AD, Japan:
The humanoid androids hiEs became part of people's lives, handling things humans could and couldn't do. Endou Arato, unlike his friends Kenko and Ryou who hate hiEs, felt sympathy for hiEs which are supposed to be just objects.
One night, Arato suddenly gets assaulted by mysterious falling cherry blossoms that make hiEs and machines run havoc. Will the cornered Arato be saved by the mysterious hiE Lacia....

The main character is a big minus to the story: refusing to look at the truth, irrational and over-all superficial-Totally unrealistic and unrelatable.
Other than that, there is not much to say about this series at the moment. The plot is still at the early stage but we can pretty much predict what are going to happen next already : a boy loves a toy and sprouting a lot of libertard nonsense.
The art is, however, decent. It is a good time-killing tool if you only care about the girls' drawing and the slice of life with a hot Dutch-Wife/Pet/Robot-Toy and don't give a thought about the story.

... the art is simple but still above average. There is not much of a sci-fi enviroment, the "hiE's" are so far the only higher technological standard, so this should be okay even for people who don't usally read this genre.
I can't tell much about the plot after 1 chapter, it was more of a character introduction. The MC is pretty average, has a few friends and lives together with his younger sister.
Nice art, plot could be good, you can follow this if you are okay with androids. No rating for now
