I only got a few pages into the third chapter when I decided that I couldn't read anymore of this utter trash. The male lead is the type that I detest the most, and rightly so. No doubt he'll end up as a statistic in the book of abusive husbands.
Lurved it as usual

Read this awhile back but decided to read it again. Her stories are the perfect pick-me-ups for me after reading really crappy(pardon the term) shoujo mangas. I'm okay with her art, what I love the most are her stories.
I love her heroines the most. The humor is just surprising and just when you think you can predict what's going to happen next, she totally changes things up. Some might say they've seen similar stories, yaddayadda. Her stories have nice happy endings and are enjoyable but still maintaining something unique.
The first story involves a cool heroine(I loved her after just two pages). Loved it. Short but sweet. That's pretty much what her oneshots are. Short but very enjoyable. Just right.
What amazes me about her stories is that I end up loving both leads. Even if the heroine is cool or just really badass(like in her other stories), her heroes never get overshadowed and remain cool, sweet, and quirky without being total a**holes.
I find all her heroes cute. The third story's male lead is just...<3 This mangaka's heroes are just so lovable especially when they smile with a little blush. (http://mangafox.me/manga/penguin_prince/v01/c003/8.html)
The third(continued in the fourth chapter) story is my favorite among the four stories with the last story coming in close second. The last story involves a cool heroine, an adorable male lead(who becomes a total hottie in my eyes as he plays the piano), and the love for the piano.

Big fan of Motomi Kyousuke-sensei's works. But,
1)Cute.Loved the peguin.XD
2)Their victory pose was so stupid-looking to me i laughed out loud.So dramatic. But that is what makes it good.
3)Loveable and this was a delight to me as it was Beast Master. (XXXXXXXXD)
4)Continuation of story 3. Seriously. There's so cliche in here at all. When i thought something cliched would happen,IT DIDN'T.AMAzing,
5)Sweet.Best read on a sunny day.
CONCLUSION: (as if it's a science experiment.==) WORTH it.!!

I'm actually not such a fan of this mangaka's artwork, but I love her stories so much that it overcomes whatever shortcomings her art has (in my eyes). The stories here don't disappoint. The title one-shot is adorable and sweet, the 2 "Tea Time" chapters both feature the same characters, who are delightfully complex and bizarre in a sweet way. The final chapter, "How I Find the Four Leaf Clover" is the weakest of the bunch. The characters didn't seem like anything too special and the story left me a little disinterested. My favorite of the volume is "One Thousand Years Love Song". The characters are likable and easy to relate to. Their friendship and budding romance is believable and so very sweet and charming. This is the kind of shoujo I like to see. It warms the heart and puts a smile on your face Overall, a great volume.

Well, i love this mangaka's art as usual, the character's exaggeration looks is just so cute and hilarious! Im the type that dont really matter if the story is very good or not but the important thing is the art work , so yea i like the art and the story follows. Which is good.
All the stories are interesting! Gives you a satisfy read and happy feeling. Love Motomi!!

Though the stories are very short, they are still very interesting since each has a different storyline and even a moral, if you read them carefully you can really learn something from them. There is also a very strong felling, giving the characters substance, which I really appreciate.
The artwork is pretty good, the stories are cute and funny, all in all a very nice read.
