Wow, I thought at first it was a shounen lol. In fact, this plot reminds me of brother-sister shounen mangas out there as the female lead- with the brother complex XD. It looks promising so far I guess...(I want to say more, but there's only one chapter)

The plot throughout was pretty good. It gets a little same-y, but it was decent. What I most disliked was

how pushy the little sister was about staying in the dude's body while also trying to make him become more feminine, but being grossed out when he does. Near the end, she finally lets him have his body back, but then swaps again right before going into labor which didn't help with my dislike of the manga.
The girls look frikking two years old!
Ive seen other manga s where the girl is a teen but looks like a kid, but this one exceeds it by far, they look like toddlers!! Or even babies.
Blah blah blah, the plot isnt anything. The only reason i continue it is to see what will happen, as i imagine to be the same for everyone else. Thats not good enough to be a good manga

Male lead guy is worst.........idiot brother in his sisters Body......instead of take care of her body that idiot exposes her body now and there and to that creepy doctor....way too much.....and he takes advantage.......
