I was rather surprised to find out the mangaka only does yaoi. How unfortunate. This is some pretty good shit, although the 'little sister,' Iori, actually has huge breasts, and she looked kinda fat in some angles. Also, the pubes were unnecessary (especially on her). It was somewhat strange how the protagonist, Tetsuya, thought she had a brother complex, but it actually turned out that she liked him all along instead.
Otherwise, The Imouto Nextdoor is a nice romance story.
A neighborhood friend asks the protagonist to watch over his little sister while their parents are out so he can bring a girl over... little does he know that it's all a ruse concocted by the little sister to finally get the protagonist to recognize her as a woman. Fairly mainstream plot done well.
