Mixed bag

First story was cute, like the others said. Love the heroine too, with her boldness, and the male lead, despite being a player type (which I hate), he was adorable in the end.

The second, third and fourth stories were meh. The fourth one (and third), at least, has a girl that tries hard to be with a boy that she likes, even if their love interest sucked. The fourth guy wasn't that bad though, I just disliked him for some reason.

The last one, the fifth has my favourite type of ikemen: handsome boy with glasses that is kind and quite type :3. The heroine, was, blah though.

It's not a bad collection, but they're nothing to write home about. A good read for those that are young and new to the genre (fourth one has a tiny bit of smut though).

the 1 - 3 - 5 stories are the best as for the fourth one just don't bother even reading it, ruined the whole thing for me

first story 7/10
second story 2/10
third story 6/10
fourth story 0/10000000000
fifth story 4/10

so over all I'm gonna give it a 5/10

I liked the first and last.

Waaah, the last story was great! I thought i was not gonna enjoy it, cause of the cute characters as 15 year olds, face too cute, even the male's face. However, the story was sooo interesting, it overwhelmed the art, love it a lot. The first story was nice too, how she told the guy to man up and make clear his feelings, so he can move on, yea, that was great. The endings for the second and third story are like the beginnings of something new, open endings, don really like it, and both stories were so-so, felt no ommph. The fourth one, sigh, boooring, it was too predictable.

Nice for shoujo oneshots!

The stories aren't cliche, banal, boring. The horoines aren't dumb shy clumsy cry-babies. The 3rd story is pretty refreshing and funny, the guy is super cute biggrin (there is a whole manga for it, the same title as the oneshot's, in case you want to read continuation) Such a cute immature boy, lol (well, he is a teenager), but he is honest and a good person in my opinion, just a bit dumb and insensitive haha My favorite because I really love the guy (the girl is too much of a tomboy for my liking, but she is a funny strong determinated character, I like her). I also enjoyed the first story because a) the heroine is unique (at first seems "cold" and reserved, but has her girly and emotional moments... and the confession... so bold... unexpected) b) I like the theme of a male character being in love with his sensei

I admit I skipped the 2nd story since I am not a fan of the reverse-- a girl falling for her male teacher (it just bores me, seen too much of this) -- but I think the characters were interesting, the girl bold and determinated... I might get back to that one.

The 4th story? I bet many prudes would rate the manga low because if it, think "the girl is a slut" etc. But I find the story quite interesting (both characters are unusual for shoujo manga), it's not your another innocent unrealistic romance written for 12 year olds. Look deeper, don't be so fast to judge the characters "a player! a slut!".

First story

The first story was my favourite. So far out of the 3 that've been translated, the first is by far the best one. The girl wasn't being really silly and just running around confessing. I really liked the fact that her character was really cool even at the end. The other 2 were normal by shoujo standards.

These are one shots, and for shoujo one shots I think they do pretty well. They have interesting characters, and I personally felt their actions and reactions were atypical enough that the stories stand out from the usual. I'll remember them for a little while, anyways.

HOWEVER. Both of the translated stories so far are open ended, which might explain the low-ish ratings. If you only like the happily-off-into-the-sunset type ending, and can't stand the maybe-they'll-end-up-together-someday type ending, then I wouldn't recommend this anthology.
