Cute and heart-warming, recommended

It does raise the issue of what the girl is going to do when the family members get older and die though, since her lifespan is obviously far longer, and the fate of staying with the family from generation to generation and watching her loved ones die again and again does not seem enviable. But I'm definitely reading too much into it and the story should be enjoyed for what it is.
So in this story, a family moves into a house and it turns out that the house is haunted by a vengeful spirit

the spirit is angry with humans because she had been betrayed by a monk, who she had thought her friend, but who really was a exorciser. In this story the family heals her heart and accepts her as one of their own.

A lovely little one shot that is a quick read and is super adorable. The snippet shown of Natsuki's life is interesting and the motive for what he/she (I think it's a boy.. But the translators weren't consistent with the pronouns used when referring to Natsuki) does leaves such a warm smoldering feeling in my heart.
