I'm going to with-hold my vote for a little while on this, the art is really nice, though.

The main flaw in this manga seems to be the main character's power. He's got some nice quirks, I'll admit, but he does, as Elairz said before me, seem a bit overpowered. The only enemy I can think of that would be able to fight him would be somebody that could move as fast as a bullet non-stop. However that enemy would be overpowered, since this main character's only ability so far is to stop what he can see.

well people may think the "stop time" or "stop movement" eye is overpowerd but if you read chapter 11

you see that the main character got alot of damage from a monster at rank 4 of demons and if you read chapter 10 and looked at the lady that got a "headshot"
you see a little bit jojobizar art.
i say its A-okay.

Several people are saying that the main Character was to powerful with his power. that is clearly not the case. it is stated in the manga that Tokio can not freeze living things therefor as long as the enemy fights hand to hand combat and doesn't crash into things Tokio can't use his power.

it was really disappointing that it was canceled or whatever, i really did enjoy the characters and the art.

You've read it all before, countless times. It's not original at all, but most stories are based on the same formula, whether it's "saving the princess", "the chosen one against the forces of darkness" or the jap-common "Tournament-style action with loads of character-specific powers. Also, a close family-member of mine is evil.", etc.

HnC is the latter, but I really don't mind. It's the way you spin the story. If it had had more time, the twist might've made it stand out more, but all in all, it's still a nice read. Who cares if you've read it all before; different writers have different art and story-telling techniques, and both are sufficient.

Am I gasping for breath? Definately not.

Am I enjoying myself? Definately.

the main char look like ryoma to me. however the main char seem too overpowered.
i wonder what kind of enemy can actually fight him on even ground. from 2 chapter i cant tell much, but the art is nice. ill be waiting for further releases.

Didn't know manga was capable of going downhill so quickly so fast. At first it was interesting... but now it has successfully degenerated into another pointless typical cliche shonen.

just when i started enjoying the series it ends 15 chapters doesnt do it justice considering i was left asking is there a sequel at the end not coz "i love it so much" but because i felt it was incomplete like the editor/publisher went "i hate the story stop drawing after the next chapter" its incomplete but it is good

It has all the elements that readers love in a shounen series, but unfortunately, it also makes the plot pretty unoriginal. The art's nice enough, the characters are likeable and has interesting powers, but it still lacks something that would make it from a nice manga to a great one. It only has 2 volumes out so far, so the author might have something up his sleeves.

Edit: Thought it was going to get better... but it only ended really abruptly. Don't bother with this manga, unless you want a quick read with no ending.

The art is very good and easy on the eyes. Plotwise, the story is smooth, but is not perfect. It doesn't conclude everything it mentions though, thus cutting the series short. I suppose that it focuses more on character development than anything else.

It got worse because it got rushed due to the fact that they had to finish it at only 15 chapters.
