Right off the bat, the manga digs its own grave by excluding male characters from any of the action. Freezing has already done that as well, but at least it gave the males something to do while they hang on the sidelines in the beginning (using their Freezing ability a few times whenever the story called for it).
I remember how months ago, after I read the first few chapters, I skimmed onward just to find something redeeming that could hook my interest. Sadly, there isn't much that this series offers, other than decent martial arts action scenes, hot women, clothes being ripped to be more revealing, and basically anything else perverted that the manga could come up with. Speaking of pervertedness,

If a series has ecchi content in it, I'd figure that it should at least have some good comedy or some potential romance in it. This series reminds me of Dragons Rioting without the comedy (nor any male fighters) and Sekirei without the romance. With only action and ecchi to offer though, the series becomes stale pretty quickly...
