Well, that’s over...

The main story here doesn’t really develop, even over three volumes. It’s very run of the mill, mediocre stuff. At least there’s no rape, but that’s about the only positive I have to say about it. Somehow the art gets worse with each volume. Sou seems to keep getting smaller and his eyes keep getting more disproportionate to his head the longer the story goes on.

The first one-shot is even worse. I really dislike the whole “my serious neuro-divergence was cured by sex” troupe.

The only one I enjoyed at all was the final story, which managed to be cute and funny while also admitting to the seriousness of going against the status-quo. It’s the only one I would recommend reading.

I'd recommend this mostly for when you want to finish the series.
You'll be much happier knowing the characters if you read the "na Bokura" mangas and the "Hageshii Ame" one as well.

I liked the first oneshot, and even though I think it's way too easy in the end to overcome the problem, it's a oneshot so the mangaka can't draw it out more (though I'd be interested in reading a longer manga about this topic!)
The 2nd oneshot also is a very fun idea, so these might be worth reading more than the main story (at least if you haven't read the prequels).

As with the whole series, I wouldn't call it anything special or a masterpiece, but it has it's good moments so if you are looking for something light then you can give it a shot.
If you expect a great story though or characters growth then read something else.

About Sou and Keigo's story, i feel bad for Aoyama-sensei. When Aoyama-sensei become the 'victim' in this manga, i quite annoyed at Sou. Because he kinda act so childish. And it's really bothering me. And in the end, the ending is just like that and he didn't apologize to Aoyama-sensei. Well... it also applies to Aoyama-sensei who also does not apologize to Keigo and Sou. So, i will give 8 point to Sou and Keigo's story.

And about the story that have a Aphephobia, i will give it 9 point. And the story about Fake Marriage, i will give it 9.5 point. And you could tell that none in this manga that i give a perfect point because this manga didn't really having a characters that i like. smile

Warmhearted Conclusion for Sou and Keigo; Read the Last One Shot!

The first story continues the sweet, tender and gentle love story of the boy raised by two dads, Sou. There is intertextuality in this story, with characters returning from other series, such as Intense Rain.

This story is one of Fuwa-sensei's less dramatic ones; she fills it with hope and happiness, but still a struggle and angst to get there--just not as much angst as some of her other tales.

The final chapter is short and sweet; you don't really get to know the back story of the characters. Regardless, it is a poignant, excellent one shot with the theme of friendship and support: especially important themes when it comes to living a life with your loved one that is diametrically opposed with society and the well-wishes of parents...

Sometimes even imperfect methods are the best you can do at the time...Again, a heartwarming bittersweetness to this tale about four friends.

As always, Fuwa-sensei's art is expressive and alive!

After 2 volumes, you can't wait to see how their first night goes. And it's a pretty....appropriate ending, for them.

There's the characters for Intense Rain too, albeit their relationship here feels...weird, after reading Intense Rain first. Ryouji appears a way too jerkass compared to him there. Understandable, tho.

Still, I have to say I prefer Fuwa Shinri's less dramatic works, so this works pretty well.
