D: It was so touching!
Probably, no one else really loves it because they haven't gone through what she has. I have >.<
I was crying because it was so realistic . Dx it seriously wrote down how I felt when I was an outcast, and I had help from people online too! GAH IT WAS JUST SO GOOD AND CUTE.

c: The manga-ka did an awesome job at conveying her feelings. I love it so much<3, and I don't care what others think of it. I'm glad I read it!

As I read this story again today, it seems a bit silly.

However, back in middle school, I had become completely overwhelmed by shyness and loneliness.
I came across this manga and began reading it, understanding all of Hikage's actions. I had no true friends in real life at the time, so knowing Hikage was a character I could relate to somehow helped me tremendously and I was able to break out of my shell.

I truly love this series. I find it hard to find a manga with a female shy main character and when I found this one I was overly happy. The art is amazing, and the story line was great. The only thing that I didn't like was how they left the ending so blah. I think that the guys in this story should have fought more for the girl. If you are looking for a manga where a shy girl is kind and tries to become strong to find love than this is a great series for you

What I think a lot of people don't get about this series is that it is about someone with a lot of issues to begin with. The story is not about how she starts off, but her trials and efforts as she tries to become a better person and LEARN to stand up for herself. Very few people start off perfect, and this isn't about how weak she starts out, but how she is able to overcome it and become stronger. Yes, she's weak and such, but she's also very small and has been ignored most of her life, so she has a lot of issues she needs to deal with, just like most people.

That said, it's hardly the greatest manga ever, but I just think people are overreacting to how wussy the main character is. If she was strong to start off, there would be no character arc, and no growth, and then what would be the point of watching her?

It's adorable. Period. While for the first few chapters it also seemed terribly predictable and a little too similar to Kimi Ni Todoke, it surprised me and became a lot better and cuter too. The main girl is pretty much a typical uber-sweet shoujo girl but I found myself rooting for her anyway and the two main guy characters became more and more lovable and interesting as the story progressed. I also really liked that last Mega Pig oneshot at the end. It was funny. Overall, the art was cute and clean and this is definitely worth reading if you want something relatively short and sweet that will make you want to go hug somebody and plant a sunflower.

The characters are really cute and the story is well drawn. But I have a serious problem with the main girl's unableness to stand up for herself! It just pisses me off when the EVIL girls who are jealous of her, starts playing tricks and kinda starts bullying her. All Sumino does is obey to their commands and fear them. She needs to stand up and fight (not literally fight, but you know what I mean).

I'm giving it a eight because of her personality, but if it changes drastically and she becomes a girl who can be social and stand up for herself, then I'll change it too a ten.

Until then, I think eight is fair.

The art is soooo cute! The characters are so sweet and nice, but the story kinda annoy me. It's not really original.

this is so true I'm really like this but no handsome manga guys appeared NO!!! if only I was a manga character (DREAMING TO MUCH) made my day!

The first "arc" (contained in the first omnibus of the English release) sets up a strong and emotional story about overcoming shyness and finding human connection online and in real life. The second "arc" is a clumsy, garbage love triangle that draws attention to how over-the-top melodramatic the whole series is.
The series would have benefited by ending when the first half wrapped up, rather than dragging itself out and stretching itself too thin. If you plan to read the english release, do yourself a favour and either stop at volume 1 or don't go into volume 2 expecting the same quality of story as you got in the first half.
The art is very pleasant on the eyes though, Ema Toyama always makes CUTE characters.

This can be added to one of my favourite manga list =D ... I loved this manga it wasn't like the other usual romantic stories and I really enjoyed reading it =D ... I would definitely recommend this manga =)
