This slow-paced story is really, really creepy. It's not really in the visuals, but in the slow-dawning horror of what's going in two really, really messed-up people's heads. The horror is more psychological -- the gore is mild and the suspense is non-existent...

Also, the mangaka's artwork fits really well with the mood - her slanted eye habit makes their expressions subtly creepy in this chapter.
