A trash spot on history of manhwa.

I love the plot twists, and the ending is smooth, not to forced. But, I can't sympathize with Baekyeom's story at all, maybe just a bit, and I can't justify the things Ha-hyeon did. Thinking she had done what Gabi would've wanted by sacrificing so many innocent people, and how the other characters didn't really care about it, made me annoyed.
Still, it's a good story and worth to read.

Great many surprise and too many mystery. The villain is a genius psycho supported by dumb brat (she better die than to became a burden for everyone) that make it difficult for the protagonist without no apparent reason that make me thinking “WTF is the writer thinking... This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Never know someone (the writer) smart could be so idiot. And he always underpowered the divine bell, they have lame weak power than can be troubled by non-powered human

Plot was wholesome and I enjoyed every mysteries solved one by one. I enjoyed reading the whole series for a whole day, this series is now added to one of my unforgettable series I've read so,more far (its just thata good manga I like are still ongoing)

Although I pity the way Ga-Bi lived her life at the end 😐 and her story strucked me the most rather than the storyline of the present either way... where and what manga should I read like this?

I like the plot, and the mystery in the story but all the divine bells were useless in my opinion....might as well use them for practical purposes... the fire one to light a stove, ice to cool down in summer and water to fill buckets....none of the divine bells hold any advantage over the antagonists. Its pathetic. There were many unnecessary deaths but I guess that was author's intention to do so to erase all the divine power stuff. Anyways its a good read for the author's first work.

As a whole I found this one quite good, plot is not bad, a bit generic but still the intrigue is for the most part well executed if predictable, but in any case, nothing particularly great, what I liked the most were the excellent main characters, quite interesting and I can't use the world original cause that is really hard to find but at least well done, humane for the most part and not cliched. It's a pity the motivations of Baek-Yeom underlings are all quite flimsy at best, it never made much sense to me why any followed him with no gain whatsoever, at least not a valid one (except Ha-Hyeon but still her story is a bit convoluted and I'm not completely sure it makes much sense)
Also. the final step of the evil mastermind is lacking
Lastly, other big flaw is that the fights suck and make little sense, there is no clear ranking and reasoning in the fights, the bells should be many times more powerful than the secondary chars they fight against yet they never, ever win one fight... it's really ridiculous and quite boring to be honest.
Still as I said, I enjoyed this one and can recommend it to any fantasy and medieval Asia story fans.

This manhwa feels like it comes straight out of a RPG, with various references here and there such as stamina, opposite elements etc. The story is generally light-hearted and even hilarious sometimes, but overall very well structured with some interesting plot twists. All of the main cast are likable. For the first half of the story your protagonist will impress you with his kindness rather than strength, but fortunately his companions are badass enough to save the day. He will be very enjoyable to watch in the second half though.

This manhwa becomes more solemn near the end, when it has to fulfill its shounen duties (i.e. your saving-the-world fare). Without giving away too much, the story is basically along the line of 'a social psychopath who had a miserable childhood and now wants to destroy the world'. I am grateful that the author did not try to be philosophical. Everything is dealt with quickly and every moment of sadness does not last more than 1 chapter. To sum up, if you want something deep or meaningful, then this is nof for you (though to be fair, nothing is deep or meaningful if the same philosophy has been repeated over and over again in hundreds of manga...).

honestly, i read this only because of the story. it's quite good and intriguing.
i'm not a big fan of manhwa (even it's colored) but this can keep me amused.
as a mystery-freak, i approve this.

the art is decent but not a big deal, just decent.
the author still can do better in the future though.
i'll keep tracks of this manhwa.
