Personal diary in manga form.
Rating: 8.0 / 10.0

I think this manga originally wasn't meant to be published. At least when it was in its author head. It's hardly comprehensible, I mean nothing interesting really happens, it's not even your typical slice of life, there is hardly any character interaction. It's only a girl loafing around in her tower or on its surroundings.

Yet, it is a great and refreshing read. Because it's so personal, like a diary where the author confesses some of his wildest fantasies without caring about the reader, in the form of a manga. Yeah, bestial fantasies. But those are dreams of freedom. The liberty to do nothing of your life, only playing around, nude, with cats. Without any other human being to judge or interfer with what you do, think or try. A real utopia.

What's more, the art is wonderful. Especially the girl(s) right? Their body is greatly depicted, in every detail, to the pubic hair. A lot of pubic hair, bushy, untouched, that's nature in its purest and crudest state. But that would be an heresy not to mention those magnificent backgrounds.

Also, it can be fun. The stories are so unusual they are funny. You find yourself after wondering what was just shown to you, wanting for another chapter. Too bad they are so short.

Finally, while being weird and somewhat perverted, I think it has more "depth" than you would think at first. It's about liberty. It's about expression, not to be ashamed of what you can think or want, deep inside you, freedom of thoughts, will and expression. Just, do what the hell you want with your life and don't restrain yourself just because "this is not right".

That's a very weird case of a manga, why would a magazine accept to publish that? I hope you'll enjoy it for yourself.

Also, I'd recommend Arakawa under the Bridge if you liked it, in the same idea of liberty, less perverted but more crazy.
