Very cute

It's cute, but for a Naono story, it's rather lacking in the action department. There are lovey dovey scenes, but that stupid tail keeps getting in the way...

I wasn't bothered by Aki being female. There are plenty of androgynous women in the real world. In fact, if you read the Japanese, she only uses "ore" while possessed, and is never referred to by anything other than "aitsu" which is gender neutral. This is one part where I think the translation makes a difference.

I'm always grateful when a manga gets licensed, but of all the author's titles, they picked this one? Why not Harem Days or Yami ni Tooboe? Plus the label seems afraid to pick up explicit manga that isn't from Yamane Ayano or Nitta Youka.

For some reason...

For some reason I can't stop reading this author's stuff. As a general rule, I seriously dislike fantasy. And I'm not majorly drawn to anything this mangaka does, but I can't leave her works alone... They're weirdly addictive.

This one is the same way. Although I really liked the main couple a lot. They're quirky in a usual kind of way, but lovable. And werewolves... well, better than vampires, I suppose. What I want to know is WHERE IS ALL THE ZOMBIE ROMANCE? There is none, sadly.

Anyway, this is pretty good! I'd give it a shot if I were you.

I thought this would be better. Worth reading once for the fans lacking reading material, but it isn't really memorable or special in any way... If you're new to the yaoi genre, and are looking for a yaoi manga with beast x human, nice art and something like a plot, Crimson Spell is the better option.

Werewolf yaoi just can't be beat, combined with this mangaka's epic art and story telling skills - yeah, this is awesome to the nth degree XD Love the characters, the humour, the romance and the complex emotions. I really really enjoyed this.

I love Tarou! And with that out of the way the 'uke' at first looked kinda small which was abit of a mood breaker for me, but I'm glad I sticked through. At the end of the series

i love me sensei's old men, but she can also draw the occasional pedo relationship, and it turn out good. i would totally read this even if this is longer cos the adventure as grave keeper kinda fun! i would love to know more about the wolf clan too.

Cute

This was really cute for a quickie. I loved how the wolves worked their way into the main character's life and helped him overcome a lot of the pain and regret he was carrying. The only thing that turned me off was how the more human-ish wolf looked. The tail and ears were just oddly drawn and kinda gross... But still worth reading.

A bit of a spoiler to Aki's character...

I liked the story and characters in general, but was annoyed to find out that Aki is female. It just felt as if Naono-san didn't want to make Tarou gay (too :) ,and yet had to have yaoi at any cost, thus making Aki look 100% male :(

Worth a read

I must admit I was a little disappointed not to find the storyline tighter, from what I read in the comments. That said, it was still a cute story and I liked the characters (particularly Tarou). Their relationships are interesting, and their personal obstacles were dealt with and overcome without leaving any loose ends.

Probably the most pleasant thing about "Three Wolves Mountain" is the lack of gratuitous sex scenes; the reader can enjoy the story and the characters without being constantly distracted by clothes being ripped off in every panel. "Three Wolves Mountain" is nothing overly impressive or deep and meaningful, but something you can enjoy without melting your brain from the lack of plot (as many yaoi stories are prone to do).

ah i really enjoyed this story a bit of drama here and there but quite funny about the mating seasons. I have to say these days anything that sensei throws out there i like to read it because there are interesting plots, the art is good and funny. Although sometimes the issues have to deal with real things that can happen the settings and characters are quite supernatural and fantasy like.
