I was at first really, really annoyed at the main heroine's character. She is an absolute BRAT.
But keep reading. I am currently on volume 9. Up until then, it is about her journey in finding who she is as a person and as a witch. It is sort of like a coming-of-age manga where she develops into a full witch and a woman. The romance is there, too, but won't bee too apparent until somewhere around volume 8-9 when she came to her full inheritance as a witch. Honestly, if I didn't have time as I did when I started reading this, I wouldn't have stick around for so long; it's a miracle that I kept reading, haha. But I just want you to know that it might start out slow and sort of irritating at first, but it will get better. As others have said, it's going to be a long series.

There's something to be said about the art as well-- it's beautiful. I found that most manhwa that have real good art also have an obsession with the hair. Watch out for the hair, lol.

Appealing and full of potential

Although this manhwa promises to be slow-moving (despite there being two volumes scanlated, it feels as though very little has actually happened), it has a certain charm and originality that keeps it from becoming dull. The heroine is full of life and exudes a kind of youthful innocence and energy that jumps off the page, and her surrounding cast has its enjoyable quirks in spite of being quite small at the moment.

I feel like I need to read more to give a definitive opinion, but so far the plot and characters are satisfying and leave lots of room for development and expansion, and the humour is fun and for once (!) not perverted. All in all, recommended to anyone who's looking for something lighthearted and unique but not too zany.

Delicate, lovely art (with gorgeous hair!) is a bonus.

I think at the rate this is going, it's going to be a LOOONG series. But it's okay, since manhwa are generally drawn well and plots are good. This one has a more-interesting-than-average plot and better art than most, so I think I'll keep sticking around for more. biggrin

After reading the first few chapters I was still able to drop this manhwa at any moment, but now.. there it is:the addiction. The art is really wonderful (I believe it's the most beautiful art which I've ever seen in a Manhwa so far) and always when I think the story can't get better, it gets even better. Can't wait till the next chapter. So many questions still need to be solved, because there's more to the plot than just a simple love story, much more. It really makes the reader want to go on. And the humour is pleasant. xD

I found the story quite fresh even the though the theme wasnt exactly new. the aproach was veryf resh... and theres still so much to learn.. its full of potential. Many of the mysteries are to be revealed.. like about Skyla's so called husband. Also hoping that the romantic pace keeps up... its shouldnt get rushed... i hate fast romance.

PS:sorry for the typos earlier.

Timeline was weird, but the hair made up for it.

I adored this. Hair and dragons are really all I need to enjoy something, and this had both (though the dragon takes awhile and isn't in it nearly enough). The plot is a good combination of cliches and random slaps at those cliches, making the story both funny and occasionally surprising - not exactly common in fantasy fiction, surprise.

The art is fantastic. The creator actually jokes about what a pain the hair is on several of the primary characters, which I found extremely amusing. YOU DID IT! But... also, annoying it might be, but THANK YOU. Because the hair is beautiful. Loved it.

The biggest flaw in this story was the timeline. You have people who are supposed to be just a few generations removed from the last witches, but the story begins by telling us that the witches have been gone for 600 years. Barring "the littlest witch", who I guess could have spent 600 years being preggo? Really doesn't make sense, but yeah. The other issue is that it felt a little stretched in the middle and then rushed at the end. But I did enjoy the end, so there's that.

Good read! (And in one sitting. Yay completed works!)

If I was able this would be a series that I would read in one night. I just can't seem to get enough! I like that the story isn't face paced but it doesn't drag either, very enjoyable and I cannot wait for more!

This is one of my favorite one, I wish there was more! It's elegant, not shallow, very intriguing. I checked all the chapters, even the ones in Korean, but I didn't understand muchwink Anyway I can't wait to read more!

A bit confusing and unresolved

There were too many important characters and too many things happen at once so they made the plot really confusing. A lot of things weren't explaibed very well and rush by too fast.the romance was cute.. i wish they would have focus more on the romance and chop down the plot a bit. The art can be pretty at time but I don't think it flows very well. Some part of the manga looks rigid and totally disconnect me from the story. This seem to be a major problem w many Korean mangas. It is not a bad read but is not deserving of the high rating.

Hoping for a sequel

Loved the MCs in this one! Hoping that the author would create a sequel. I still want to know more about Kaylus. I gave it a 9 because I wanted to see more lovey-dovey stuff from the MCs. <- That's just my selfish wish.
