lol maybe its just me but it seems that all romantic shoujos are about a stupid girl with no redeeming qualities falling for the boring popular guy with no redeeming qualities.

So Finally! The female lead is smart and the male lead is adorable and NOT popular! So happy, can't wait to read more!

To tell you the truth I really love that kind of men.
Idiotic but sincere and honest and very kind....
He makes my heart skip a beat with his gentleness...
He may be lame sometimes but I can truly see the effort he gives for the one he loves..
He may not be the typical shoujo prince which was always handsome, girls flocking all over or good in sports and academics but he has some very likable traits within him...

This manga is truly it's best for making me smile and making my heart warm...
I totally recommend....

I was hesitant to read this at first, mostly because the cover made it look like the female lead is seriously annoyed by the male lead, but the reviews looked good, so I gave this a go.

My, oh, my, do I not regret giving this manga a chance.

The female lead is smart and genuinely likeable and the male lead is such an adorkable guy. Seriously. He's heartwarmingly sincere, which, I suppose, is what won the female lead over.

The art is cute but the characters themselves is what got me to give this a 10.

It's the type of story where I can see them telling their kids about how they fell in love. Where the female lead is shaking her head with fond exasperation as her husband tells their kids how he won mommy over with his everything.

The female lead is an actual decent human being and it's so depressing that that's such a rare thing in typical shoujo manga. The male lead is an earnest person, and neither of them are jerks. Seriously.

They hit a few bumps and react like any teenager would, but the story remains light and earnest. I ended up laughing out loud at some parts, which was a huge huge plus.

I was pretty teary at the end while smiling like a crazy person. Perfect ending. This was sweet, funny, and all in all a great read.

So everyone goes and harps on about how ORIGINAL some shoujo manga appears to be, but when it boils down to it, they're all the same. I think this is the most different and original of the genre. The male lead isn't perfect or brooding or even popular. These points already set this manga apart from the rest. The male lead is lovable and much like a lost puppy.

It's an extremely refreshing read from what you're use to.

The main love interest is very different from the normal shoujo guys. In any average shoujo, he could be one of the bleeding heart secondary guys destined to lose the heroine. But really in real life, guys like him are the ones hard to find. The romance is very cute. I really like the honest and clumsy tone.

Bishies are cool but you get bored with 'perfectionism' since there are good looking guys everywhere IRL but an average one who really works hard to get a girl in an honest manner, now that's rare especially in manga...Was wishing hard for more mangas like monkey high, finally some results

Sweet,refreshing,somehow realistic,pure,sweet couple,out of ordinary romance shoujo,not classical story,no popular couple element and amusing story.

This is funny. The guy is so stupid but it's so endearing! The girl is funny too hahaha. I love the part where what a poor girl hahaha. Can't wait to finish this~

Very cute, first love sort of thing- no really stupid drama (fan clubs, good god, I'm so sick of them, haha). It makes you smile And it's funny, too! I wish it was completely scanlated!

There are only 2 chapters scanlated so far and those 2 chapters were great. The main guy is not those typical pretty or popular boys that can get any girl he wants which is refreshing because there are so many shoujo mangas like that. If only some group can pick up this manga up but seeing that almost 2 years has past since the last scanlation means its going to be a while until we get to see it finish. I give this an 8/10 only because its not finished.

Edit: I finished the manga and I have to say that it was good. It sucks that this manga was so short. I want to read more stories like this because I hate the overused popular MC characters. You will like this manga because the guy is a nice ordinary person that doesn't have all the girls in school flocking to him.
