Why did I just read this?

I just read 6 volumes of a pathetic love triangle ...

The only thing I want to say is that I actually liked the artwork ... and the plot in the beginning was funny but it dragged on WAY too long.

Even though this story reminds me of so many others. Lovers revenge?! Replacement girl type story's do get too predictable and it was just that the whole time.. Predictable.. Loved both main characters .. The emotions 100% there. And well thought out.. The hair drawing was annoying to see.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
beginning starts with a fake love contract.. Boy gets into girl.. Gets confused.. Other girl like guy... Guy breaks girls heart.. Other guy takes over .. Gets heart broken... They get back together...

Touching, but needlessly drawn out

Art is very kawaii but not super sharp or edgy. Drama factor is there, and nice, but it definitely could have been resolved much sooner instead of being dragged out into 6 volumes, especially since the end game was shockingly apparent to any seasoned shoujo reader right off the bat. I appreciate love triangles where the underdog has a fair shot, and not simply a role as a third wheel plot device to introduce conflict. Sadly, the secondary characters really got the short end of the stick here, though perhaps given the direction of storytelling, they both had it coming.
You won't regret reading this story as the cute bits in it are entertaining while the drama drags on and on. Some particularly funny one liners keep you amused while you wait for the story to wrap up already.

Classic Love Polygon

Kare wa Tomodachi comes after this one but I read it first. They are so similar! If anyone wants a second go at a love square super similar to this one then read Kare wa Tomodachi.

Anyway, I am a sucker for angsts, heartbreaks, and hidden feelings, so this one is right up to my alley. Don't go expect something different or groundbreaking, these kinds of manga are for satisfying that itch for a certain kind of romance. And based on that, this manga did a good job of milking out all the angst and feelings of classic love polygon.

...where the comedy gets completely turned into drama after the first two volumes. I don't mind love polygons but I couldn't help think while reading that she should stop saying that she was such an idiot and everything. They all end up with a completely different personality to what they began with, maybe because they spent most of their time crying. Just get to the point already, geez. I couldn't sympathise with them at all sorry. T__T

Loved it. I loved it. I mean the art could've been better but I liked the story. The guys had cute eyes and faces though. I just feel so bue reading this story at times and when the characters are in pain, my chest hurts a little too. Every time man, every damn time. I read this manga about ten times already and I still love it so yep.

Whenever I read a manga with love triangles,my heart usually goes to the underdog.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
But in Koi Shitagari no Blue, it was actually obvious that the story was about Ao and Riku. -_-" They have chemistry, they're a baka couple, they even looked good together! All the signs were there! LOL.

Even when they were dating different people, it was still clear as day that they still have feelings for each other.

I don't understand why it had a lot of bad reviews (but I bet it was because they were rooting for Kai HAHAHA).

You know, people really do get confuse especially at that age so I don't think the drama was pointless at all.

I thought the story was beautiful, well thought and realistic. I didn't feel that the main protagonist was annoying. I think it's even admirable that she would even let her love one go to the person who she thinks he truly likes. The ending is also quite satisfying. I don't understand why other people are feeling sorry for the two supporting characters. Kai was the one who pushed himself to Ao so that's his fault (evil laugh). But srsly tho, everyone was in happy in the end right? They were still good friends in the end and I think they had even gotten closer.

I'm giving it a 10/10 so I can offset the 4/10 rating below me fufufufu~

What did I just read?

I really can't believe I just read the whole six volumes at once! And what can I say? A WASTE OF TIME, Actually, the story was kinda nice at the beginning. I really liked it. But then when Riku brought Ao to Kiyono's house. THE SERIES WENT DOWNHILL.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Ao realized Riku and Kiyono actually had a mutual love so she just gave up. At that time, Riku ALREADY realized his feelings for Ao but he still let her go and started dating Kiyono yet he was still confused about the female lead?! To be honest, Riku was acting really really really indecisive. He's kind of a jerk. Kiyono, the girl with long hair, was also annoying. What's with her whole thing about "I only see Kai", "I love Kai very much" at the beginning of the story?! I actually hoped this story wouldn't be a love polygon. But it REALLY is. (yeah sorry, I don't usually read summaries.. So I didn't notice that.)

This series is actually VERY predictable yet I still continued to read it to see if it could get any better. But things just kept getting worse and worse. The only male character I really feel sorry for is Kai-kun. He has such a gentle heart. He loved Ao, and it's like he would do anything for her..

But that JERK. Riku. He is the typical male lead we usually come across. The one who is indecisive about his feelings but will always get the female lead in the end.

Well, I hate this story. This is something I will never never never ever want to reread in the future. It should have had a better ending. This series is for someone who really really really really love stupid dramas and indecisive male lead. Worst shoujo manga ever.

Oh, I'm still giving this manga a 4. (I'm pretty generous, right?)
Only for Kai-kun. That's it.

I love it. TOTALLY.
It's incredible! The story plot, the characters, the drawing... *two thumbs up*
No kidding, each character really portrays their feelings very well, the expression that hangs on Riku's and Ao's face breaks my heart every single time. THE FEELINGS, YES. THE FEELINGS, TOWARDS EACH OTHER. It's so heartfelt, so authentic.

ONE OF THE BEST MANGA.
