Description
Having no experience in romance, the vibrant Ninako curiously explores the meaning of what "love" really is, and is surprised to feel a colorful range of emotions as she grows closer to the school heartthrob, the quiet yet gentle Ren, who also happens to be involved in a longtime relationship. I read ch1, expecting your typical shoujo romance, and honestly... the plot isn't anything spectacular: just your usual high school happenings... girl likes boy, another boy likes girl, etc etc. However, the way this manga's delivered is quite wonderful. There are many scenes that I find particularly clever (i.e. the end of ch9, when Andou points at Ren).
As long as this doesn't turn into another Parfait Tic, I'll keeping this in my current favorites!

I would've prefer if this manga has a Josei feeling towards it. The main character looks and act so immature (to me, at least) that I feel unsympathetic towards her. If the mangaka created a mature heroine that is at least in her 20's, I would've continue reading it. I find it weird how she resembles their little baby sister more than a love interest.
All mangas should have at least one character that you like and one character that you dislike. I don't like or dislike any of the characters. I'm neutral. In other words, I don't care if she end up with Daiki, Ren or none at all. It's first love, she'll get over it. As for the art, it's beautiful. My only complaint is the lips. Why do they all plump up their lips (whatever you call it)? Even the boys do that! Lol.

I love this storyline. Whenever I read this, it makes me terribly sad because of the heroine's unrequited love. But I also love reading stories like this (maybe i'm a masochist? O_O) I've been reading the raws (up till volume 5) and even though I don't understand them very much, they are very entertaining! wait till you get to volume 5. It ends with a HUGE cliffhanger (if it's what I think it is), and i'm totally restless because I want to know what happens next!!!
i get a fuzzy feeling when i read this n even if the heroine is cliche i find her soo cute n just sympathize with her n then theres the cute guys too cant wait for there relationship to develop

This is a really cute manga. I just read my previous comment and lol, I think I judged prematurely? Anyway, I had a lot of ugh moments, cos it gets toooo cheesy but it's okay. The art is great! I really love it, sometimes I stare at a page for a long time because everything is just really pretty. The plot is typical but it works somehow? It's not the best shoujo out there but it's not something that you could just not read. The story is passable but it's the art that really wins me over.

I've just seen the raws till vol 3 and I can't wait for more.
The story progressed somewhat in volume 2 onwards. Someone whom I thought was gonna be a main character from vol1 kinda went into the background from vol2 onwards, and a new main character emerged.
It seems like everything is moving in a nice direction, looking forward to more! ^-^

This is undoubtedly the best shoujo manga I've read! I couldn't ask for a more touching or sentimental story! Volume 01 may put you off thinking it's a typical shoujo but once you read volume 02 and up, it will literally suck you in for more!
I LOVE Strobe Edge and I can't wait for volume 5 to be out ><" ( I've re-read vol 1-4 over and over now...) No matter how many times I read it, I'm touched *nods* and this coming from someone who prefers action and humour *nods again*

This manga reminds me of "Crazy for You"! You have the main girl who is in love a boy but he is with an other girl but can't leave the main girl alone which gives the main girl hopes that he eventually likes her and an other boy who loves the main girl! Somehow like in "Crazy for You", don't you think so too??....Nothing new, but the art is great!
it's weird cuz the plot's pretty typical, but somehow i like it alot!! haha, ninako's soo cute. i like how she's all naive and stuff, but it doesn't piss me off like other dumb main heroines because she's just geniunely honest. i have no idea who she's going to go with though (i've read all three volumes and i don't think it's ren). i hope it's not one of those endings where she doesn't go with anyone. i think the 4th volume will be the last one.
If i just saw the cover i don't feel like i want to read this one. But the main guy unexpectedly is so adorable. I would be mad if she date Daiki. Hope this one not become like Parfait Tic haha. Prefer Ichi than Daiya. LOL. Just keep read this! Very interesting and nice. But duh it seems vol 2 is not as i expected sob sob.
