Description
Japanese-American Mizuki has gotten herself into a high school in Japan... but not just any school! To be close to her idol, high jumper Izumi Sano, she's going to an all-guys' high school... and disguising herself as a boy! But as fate would have it, they're more than classmates... they're roommates! Now, Mizuki must keep her secret in the classroom, the locker room, and her own bedroom. Great drawing! Good characters developments! Hilarious storyline! Male lead and supporting cast that make you drool! It has all the elements of a great shoujo manga!

This is got to be the best shoujo manga ever. Everything is good except the story lacks some interest in the middle. Other than that the story remains great but the style of the mangaka changes throughout the series.
it sucks in my opinion. read at your risk.

The main character is so cute! I looove the orange haired guy because he's so funny..The dog takes the cake, thou( Yujiro!!). so very frustrated with the plot. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO FIND OUT!?!?
in reponse to anonymous: there IS an epilogue for hanakimi... it was published in the december 2004 issue of hana to yume after the release of volume 23. it's already been scanlated, should be called 'hanakimi ending special' or 'hanakimi yomikiri' (22 pages long)
and if you don't know the what he whispered, you've only read the short version of the ending, which was printed in hanayume... the real and extend version, printed in volume 23, is 13 pages longer than the original version.
look for these two chapters, it'll answer some of your questions ^_^

I read this manga in the summer and i totally fell in love with it! the art is good and the story is just too cute!

l[sigh sigh]l anywho i rekon the ending could have been a bit better...i want an epilouge!!!...i wonda wat eva happns afta mizuki leaves the school and wat did izumi sano whisper into her ear and are they still continuing their relationship????

wow, this manga really rawks! i only read ONE chapter and i fell in love with it. art is good too.
