This manga keeps me entertained for hours! The characters are so loveable, the art is great, and the storyline is pretty unique. The art scared me away from buying it at first, but I bought two books of it while on vacation and I became ADDICTED to it. I realized that the art was actually really good..it was different that most manga styles. Sunako is a very unique heroine. She's a dark person and even though she's pretty, she does have her ugly moments, like everyone else. Sunako and Kyohei are sooo perfect for each other! =D The author's little comments about her favorite J-rock and J-pop artists are really funny. ^^
I recommend this manga to anyone who loves to laugh!

Hilarious and cute. I was a bit hesitant to read it at first, because I thought the description sounded a bit tacky. XD; (Like all shoujo descriptions. D But after reading the first few chapters, I was pretty impressed. Although the plot might be a little slow at times, I'd still say that PGE = GREAT SUCCESS.

the first chapter was hillarious lol good manga about an ungly girl becoming a woman lol with the help of 5 or 4 guy i 4got it so funny ^^

It's extremely hilarious and the artwork is pretty gorgeous. I like the humour very much!! And the idea is pretty fresh too..We rarely see any shoujo manga with an ugly and 'dark' heroine, ne? And the chibis are uber cute!! Hontou ni kawaii~~ I rate this one 10 out of 10!

which is to say, so funny you'll have your sides splitting within reading the first few pages of the first volume.

I tried the anime for this first, but for some reason I couldn't get into it (even though it was funny). So I was a little bit reluctant to start this, but I'm glad I did. It was hilarious!, the art is different and a nice change, and it was also nice not to have a typical shoujo character!. In that aspect it is kind of like Ouran host club. Only while one was a very stong minded and intelligent girl who cross- dresses as a boy to pay off a debt, the main character is a goth girl (I think maybe thats the best description, though I'm not sure that is quite right). She's into horror movies, melts in bright light and counts the three skeletons sitting in her bedroom as her best friends. Along come four guys who are promised free rent if they can change her into a lady, and you have the setting for some very funny moments!

Anyway, like I said before, the art is nice and different, and it's so funny you wont get bored after the first few volumes. I definately enjoyed it!

I thought it'd be hard to get into by the descriptions -- but it's absolutely hilarious! However... it's hard to see where the story is going or how it will end. In later volumes, the main story seems to disappear and the series does get episodic... not to say it gets any less funny!

One of the funniest manga ever, it so funny, but I wish it more romantic!

very different from your normal shoujo manga ^^ the comedy is very fresh and made me laugh quiet alot the artwork even though is not the best makes the story even funnier in some ways the anime isnt as good though i was disappointed :/
