From Del Rey: Yamato is ready for a fresh start. So when his aunt invites him to stay rent-free in her big-city boarding house in hustling, bustling Tokyo, Yamato jumps at the chance. There's just one teensy-weensy catch: It's an all-girl housing complex and spa! Things get even more nerve-racking when Yamato meets his neighbor Suzuka, a beautiful track-and-field star. She's not just the cutest girl Yamato's ever met, she's also the coolest, the smartest, and the most intimidating. Can an ordinary guy like Yamato ever hope to win over a girl like Suzuka?

A good one! And Big Thanks to all Scanlators
We are enjoying the manga but vry curious to see how it will end :) Too many questions remains in vol. 11. By the way with the anime we stay on the end. Thay must do a Suzuka Again like with Love Hina...
love hina is love hina. suzuka is suzuka. they are different. pls suzuka is more realistic.
a nice shoujo for me :) its kinda related with love hina and ichigo 100%. :D and its kinda related with real life as well (ehem.. cough)
way better than love hina
love hina is just random slapstick comedy, suzuka is all about the romance.
Story is as similar to Love Hina as it is to any other typical Shoujo. It's not really a comedy, and tries to emphasize on real emotions. Still, the main plot is the usual semi-loser guy with potential develops into a better guy, and all the hot/cute chicks all are falling for him stuff. He picks out his favorite and rejects the rest. The general setting is very, very similar to Love Hina. Overall, fun to read.
Good job CGY
I fully support you and your group CGY. Your guys' scanlations are superb, good translations, good quality, and they're some of the fastest releases i've ever seen.
Keep up the good work.

better than the anime
it's way better than the anime, the manga goes deeper and the plot is fine is not that similar to love hina
it is not like love hina...love hina was comedy things actually happen in the relationships in this manga.
