This isn't meant to be a guilt free yaoi at all and it definitely features yuri quite prominently. This manga is part of the Blue Drop series, which started with...

It's a story about alien invaders that's pretty sad. There are the three mangas listed here and also an anime (which is pure yuri). The mangas depict how the aliens abuse humanity to their hearts' content, while the anime is set 10 years before the invasion, featuring the romance between the captain of an alien ship that crashed into the earth and a high school girl with a particular tie to those aliens.

This is like some fetish manga...
Well not quite but there's a hell of a lot of crossdressing and random orgies. Lot of awkward situtations... like eating a bun while naked in bathroom with a bunch of cables attached to their bodies!?

Basically it is, what ever the plot may seem, the girl is/was a guy. It just another way of not having a real "guilty" yaoi relationship.
As a guy, I find no real interest in this... But interesting plot, for those who like.
