Ok start...then it goes downhill

Tbh, you're not gonna find much here, even if you're into the "trapped in fantasy rpg world" or harem genre.

It has an alright start(for this type of story) that takes an interesting turn around the beginning but after that MC becomes full of edge and cringe. Like many others here said this story feels like a fanfiction made by a teenager.

Just not very good

Early on in this story there were a few moments where I was prepared to admit that things might be getting interesting. Then the main character gets all of the powers, and the story just becomes a big mess. If that wasn't enough to make you stop reading this story, by the time the bunny girl shows up the main character has turned into this huge jerk, and you have to endure chapter after chapter of this guy abusing his power and practically torturing people. Not just torturing people, but also his companions as well, he treats said bunny girl like absolute shit, not even SHE is exactly sure why she still follows him. I wonder the same thing since he spends far more time insulting or abusing her than doing anything likable. Oh and I think we're supposed to find his horrible behavior "cool" or something, which kind of makes me hate him that much more.

Look the main problem here is that this story reads like an angry teenager wrote it. The main character is dark and edgy with demon powers and all of the girls want him, it's clear this is yet another wish fulfillment light novel. In the end this story mostly cares about giving the main character more girls and showing how stupidly strong he is. If you can turn your brain off you might get more enjoyment out of this than I did.

Goes downhill fast after 50 chapters

The novel starts out fairly good, with the main character starting in a new world and trying to survive. At first the novel is focused on his survival in the new world and him trying to find a purpose in this world. However, it somehow changes into a harem novel after 50 chapters, and by chapter 90 all the author describes are the attempts by the girls around him to grab the attention of the main character.

On top of that, the main character´s persona changes into that of a paper towel, giving consideration to the stares of a kid and not wanting to step on the feelings of anyone remotely close to him. That´s like a complete 180 from the guy trying to survive in chapters 10-50. On top of that the story doesn't progress at all, unless descriptions of the mc chilling on the beach while being surrounded by his harem counts as story. It had a lot of potential, but it just selfdestructs as you continue reading.

Very Good Novel, Translation Issues (As of ch 97)

Aright here is my rating of the series:
Story: 9
Translation (through ch 96): 9
Translation (after ch 96): 2 ( it is only not a one because there are some chapters fully translated and edited)

This series is well written and enjoyable, the characters are mostly believable (but their oddness is part of the stories charms). I have laughed out loud while reading this ( no really I did ).

When the translation was with Japtem (ch 93) , It was really good. The next three chapters, it was alright. Then boom ch 97-99 only summaries, and from then on it is machine translations ( which I have nothing against if it is editied ) but they didn't keep with the naming system that Japtem had and there was little to no editing which made it painful to read. And there were obviously missing parts since the story just jumped all over the place. SOMEONE PLEASE actually translate this series it really good but if the translation is lousy, those of us who can't read japanese will be stuck.

It started off really interesting. I was seriously enjoying it. Then suddenly the main character turned into one of the most horribly cringe worthy characters i have ever read about. I cannot even force myself to try anymore. If you don't mind the stupidest harem type protagonist, then go ahead.

Potential but Harem cliche killed it

Like the title It was going great and it would have been fine if it was just about him trying to survive and live with his companion the vampiress girl and sure a few other girls but when he began toc are for the teacher and made her fall for him I got tired of it but I kept reading just to see how it ends. The Mc is badass which I like but when they add in more girls to make it a harem it just killed the importance of the story and purpose of the Mc... Btw if you make the Mc cold blooded then make him cold blooded don't make him care about things he doesn't care about much anymore. it contradics with his character and his image

Very Good so far

After reading Mushoku Tensei and Overlord I've been on a quest seeking something good to read, although I'm still in first volume so far the story has kept my attention (3 hours straight reading just stopped coz I need to sleep early). The MC is not OP, in the beginning he has to use some tricks to survive, his power is quite similar to our beloved Quagmire-san the plot has some bullies there - I hope they all die horrible deaths !

I will update this comment in near future as I read more of this
---
Second volume now and I will have to decrease my rating, the constant fighting scenes are getting boring since no story progression is happening. Also by now the MC is already getting OP...

Moron author

This type of story is a clear ripoff of many other light novels and manga, especially witch hunt(manga) and monogatari series(light novel), But I'm a sucker for stories where the MP changes his point of view on life and becomes realistic and cruel at the same time. So i somehow ignored the warnings around here thinking it may be ok. Guess what, it was .. i still feel like puking. This crap shouldn't have existed in the first place. There were some parts of the story that I enjoyed, and some characters that I accepted because of their power, not because their freaking personality the author made them to have. But at some point everything goes down the drain. In the end the biggest illusion this author has is to become a popular person and girls will flock around him even if he remain loyal to one girl that accepts the fact so many girl try to fuck him. So, please, do yourself a favor and do not start reading this shit.

I found it to be a generally good light novel in the beginning, but I dropped it later.
I disliked the way the harem kept going. At the point where the Hajime, the MC, started to care for the teacher and the teacher started to fall for him, I was thinking of dropping it. It felt like his character just made an abrupt turn.
It's not as if I don't like romance, but relationships between females seem to purely end up as romance, and it somehow feels like relationships have become objectives in the novel.
I enjoyed it at the start, but I probably won't be reading it again. It might also be due to the fact that I fantasize about loyalty between partners in stories, but I didn't like the overflowing harem that the story seemed to focus on.

I recommend people who like, and or have high tolerance for harems. A part at the start is also good for people who like MCs who become strong through hatred, and classical OPness.
