From Tokyopop: The background is in the distant future, a post-apocalyptic world after the destruction brought about by Armageddon. The war between humans (Terran) and vampires (Methuselah) continues, as a struggle between two factions: the Vatican and the New Human Empire. Yet, amidst the bloodshed and violence, many desire a peaceful co-existence between the two species. However, standing between them and this goal is the Rosenkreuz Orden, a group of vampire extremists who manipulate the two sides and pit them against each other. To combat them, the Vatican special operations group "AX," led by Cardinal Caterina, must use everything they have - even a vampire who preys on the blood of other vampires.

The mangaka manages to balance humor and action perfectly, the small extra drawings in the chat bubbles that describe who is talking/mentioned have a great comical relief to the main story. The plot, up until chapter 35 at least, is really good, everything is starting to fit together, and you get drawn in, wanting to know the answers to the remaining mysteries. To add to that, there are some interesting plot twists and surprises that keep the story interesting. The only downside is the odd religious connections, and Esters costume is just plain horrible
~.:Good art style, good storyline and good character development. It has plenty of action, mystery and drama to keep you interested but it seems to lack something to make it great. Its a good read so if your looking for a good shounen I would recommend it. :.~

Very Different From The Anime
There are some major differences between the manga and the anime -Esther is the MC in the manga -Abel hardly gets any focus as the manga goes on -The pace of the manga is very slow -The story line of the manga is very repetitive
I can understand why a lot of people like the manga because it has a strong female lead but the composition of the rest of the manga falls very flat.
I really like it
It's one of the best manga that I ever read. the artwork is really good and each character have its own psychology well-defined Why my rate is 9.5? It's only cause sometime the panel are a bit too full and it's hard to distinguish the images

its a pretty good story so far. though i hate both of the main characters. If it weren't for tres i proabably wouldn't like it as much.
its not bad
i find the manga version of trinity blood hilarious, unlike the super-serious anime. the art style might put off some people tho. still, good stuff.
i absolutely adore this manga! its one of my very favorites!
It's good. Well, the series is novels are adapted to manga, so it's only natural that something's lacking considering the original author is dead. =/ Still a great series, and the characters are truly amazing.
I changed my mind. After the gunmetal hound side story, Kiyo's art improves a lot, and so does his storytelling. *___* READ, READ, READ!!! Well... that's after chapter 35, though. =P

ABEL! Absolutely adorable! The art is beautiful and detailed and in colour it's fodjfvesonsdFANTASTIC, seriously.
The story is pretty interesting too! And characters are well-done, inc. the villains, and there's enough character development to keep me happy. x3 The anime is kinda screwed up, but since it's from GONZO, I'm not surprised. >__>
