The female lead was different but yet intresting.
I felt sorry for Shuri of her experience with a guy.
But yohta seems to be great for her if only she got over her hatred for guys.I can't blame her for hating them but she should only hate Riki because then she would be with Yohtasmile other than that the story is not to bad

One of the best works I've read so far. The characters are realistic and believable. The heroine is a person many readers can relate too. Manga focuses on variety of themes and approaches, it's not just about romance or work, the characters are dimensional.
I do however believe it is targeted at older audience.

Finally, a girl for all the girls to look up to!
i am kind of tired watching those girls who blush whenever a cute guy approach and sleep with a guy just because he wants to...
this girl is more realistic....she still is naive in some point but reasonable...
i love her attutide toward the two guys.........it's like more modern day atttudie girls are like........

the relationship is sweet too

The summary doesn't do it justice. I read it and I loved it. It's not too typical in the romance area and the female lead is pretty cool. I wouldn't call it mature but then again I've only read up to volume 2 ch 2. The detective thing is pretty cool. It's my type of series. Avid_reader's review below was right on. That's why I decided to give it a try.

Finished up to book 4 on a chinese website. This is one I'd go back to reading, again and again. Great art, interesting story lines, a bit more mature for typical shoujo audiences but just right for more mature readers (like 18+). A good balance of romance, detective drama and the supernatural. (also ordered the 4 volumes from the yesasia.com ..can't wait to get my hands on the actual books!) Now i only hope Obana-sensei's injury will not put this series on hiatus..

I really love it. It has the dark feel of a relationship based on abusal but not with the usual bad guy but ... I don't know but he doesn't seem too bad a person. Then there is this other free going guy who tries to "melt her cold resistence" to men in general (because of said first guy). And to make it even better: All three of them are thrown together to solve mysteries, to catch criminals.

EDIT: Now arriving at chapter 10, I agree she is somewhat naive but that still doesn't excuse his violent tendecies (but after reading on I start to think that he doesn't/didn't know any other way of acting).

Looking forward to new chapters ^.^

though it's a bit dark but i enjoy this manga x]

ive only read about 4 scanlated chapters so far, but i really got addicted to it.. its really fun to read about shuri trying to overcome her fear/hate.. plus i still want to see how her relationship with ex-boyfriend riki and yohta progresses.. i highly recommend this manga!
