Title of the manga seems to sum of the story, at least as far as the first volume. As the story opens readers are introduced to the character of Nanase Hida who has returned to her home town to visit the graves of her parents. Which might sound like a routine matter, but in her case she's a telepath and knows what the people around her are thinking. As she casually interacts with other people readers begin to learn how her gift can be both a blessing and a curse, and while traveling she encounters others with similar and also different abilities.
Not sure what direction the story will go in after the first volume, but it looks interesting so far and the quality of the art is very good.
