I liked it a lot.
The smut wasn't very detailed so it's not so offensive, unlike those typical ones.
The both the hero and the heroine was very cute, honest and sweet to each other.
Now really, the heroine won't piss you off - she was quite a strong girl, and she isn't stupid.
The art is great, and the length of the manga was just nice.

What more can I ask? biggrin Just read it.

Obviously aiming for girls loving fairy tales, this manga is well made because it's not far from what reality could be. You might become attached to the characters who seem true and as for me I like hard-working main characters because they give me courage !

Five volumes is short but in the end the pace is just good enough (it's better to have something end early before it starts rotting...). To conclude, it's one of the best works from Enjouji Maki !

but somehow it worked smile

thats actually the thing about this manga it has a prince- lecher character without completly stepping on the clumsy, slightly weak and plain heroine that has a huge rack. i kindda love the Miyako for living for her dreams and even looking at Will as a destruction.. true they may do this and that not that i approve of it.. sorry im a prude
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
so she eventually got "pregnant" at the end.. which would have been terrifying if it were real not to mention my rating would drop like hell
anyways.. there are still some boring moments cause i have a feeling like i know what will happen next because its is like one of those mangas.. so yeah. but its still has those beautiful beautiful moements that make me smile smile

i hate how the main girl acts like someone can "trick" her into doing something she is choosing to do
Spoiler (highlight to view)
she is attracted to will and sleeps with him after he lies about being home sick. and then she acts like she was "tricked" he may have lied but he never forced her into having sex. she was attracted to him and barely knew him and like an idiot slept with him. its her own fault. i dont like that the main guy lies sometimes. but i liked him more than the annoying female main character. dumb and easy are two words to describe the main character, she keeps falling for everyones story and makes an idiot of herself. the main guy was sexy and cool, though a bit selfish.

What can I say? Though it started out a little bumpy, it was a very fun, lighthearted and enjoyable read! smile Not a manga to be taken seriously -you should understand this from reading the title- but a very fun ride from start to finish~! biggrin I just loved it.

I did not expect much from this manga at the beginning. As you see from the summary, the plot is nothing new, typical clumsy female protagonist, typical cool looking shoujo guy, smut... But the mangaka manage to pull it out pretty nice. The story is lighter than I thought. And both protagonist is not so annoying since they are the most annoying types of character in shoujo, plus the art is really nice and it's very funny sometimes. So, it become quite an enjoy read. Recommended smile

I like this series and would recommend it to anyone who's into shoujo and smut (tho the smut scenes only occur once every 3-4 chapters). The art is pretty and detailed, which portrays the hot prince perfectly, however I've found Miyako (main chick) lacking a lot of this detail. I understand that she's meant to be nerdy, plain and lacks a fashion sense. However, her everyday clothes can be extremely ugly and far beyond just "plain". If I was to rate Miyako on her appearance in today's society I would give her a 3/10. Would be a 1/10 if it wasn't for the occasional special events where she actually looks beautiful. As for characters' personality, I agree and disagree with the previous comments. Will is depicted what we would imagine a prince to be, ie perfect gentleman, but it clearly shows in the manga that he's not (he's also egotistic, childish, protective) as well as enduring hardships because of his prince title. As the manga progresses he becomes more considerate and even perform actions that go against his princely image. Miyako however lacks this achievement and character progress. Yes, she learns to fall in love again, but it clearly shows that she doesn't progress from her trust issues (and fashion issues). Even Chiri (her best friend) as a secondary character is much more kind and helpful than Miyako. I'll give credit for Miyako for being hard working and studious, but would had liked her much more if there was more to her to be liked. Putting that all that aside, the manga was still very enjoyable thanks to the art, romance and comedy.

overall, i think it was a fine manga, but compared to this mangaka's other series, like Hapi Mari, I would say this is not as great as that, for me.

i like the last part of chapter 10, really sweet.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
and i'm thinking, ya he's a Christian and he's sleeping around with woman, well after he met Miyako then it's a different story, but still sleeping with her before marriage, good good gooooood Christian...

I tried to read this manga so many times... but I just couldn't finish it... I found the term 'Miss Melon' very demeaning and even though I enjoyed the first part of the story, I get bored and lose interests!!! And I love 'Hapi Mari' so much (re-read available chapters 3 times already and ordered the raw)!!!! I also don't mind Yoru Cafe either! Don't know what happened with this one!

ait first you just get bored then it turns a little interesting for the angst and blah's just too annoying how these characters don't consider each others feelings...specially the main girl.
