Honestly, I was reading Chapter 15 just a while ago. I expected a development when Akira confessed in the rain. I was kind of shocked too, why does it feel like it's about to end? Then I checked here, and ASDFGHJKL! It's the last chapter? Huh? Really? I was waiting for a guy version of Akira, too! Why'd it have to end that way? It's too fast. The story's good, and the art is excellent, it's funny and such. The romance is cool, too. So I first rated it a 10, and then it ended, I was like, Hey, did it really end? It left me hanging. (Poker face) I don't know what to feel for this so I guess over all it's a 7.

The ending..did not feel like an ending at all. It feels like there's still more that needs to be explained.. Nothing really changed at all from the beginning to the end. I thought Maki Youko would at least take Tanakamori and her dad out of poverty. And I was so disappointed that in the end,

Akira didn't change back to looking like a guy.

I don't know. It was good at first and I thought it had some potential, but I was wrong.

It was good at the beginning. But good things never last. By chapter 9, everyone seemed like a blob of random events thrown together to get ready for an ending that is completely disastrous. As Jasminthe said, the beginning was good so I rated this a 10. But by the last chapter, I changed my rating to a 7 because of the horrible ending. I liked Akira too sad wished there had been more character development for him and Asami.

This manga had so much potential at first that I rated it 8. But then the plot began to drag. It became quite confusing but as someone said i don't know if it's due to the manga or the translation.

Even if i found Asami annoying at first, in the end I couldn't understand why she loved Akira. I liked him in the beginning of the story but then we found out that he was manipulative, really self centered and inconsiderate. Unlike in others mangas, his personnality didn't improve as the story went by, it was the opposite. He became more childish and didn't seem to care that much for Asami until the end (even when he said the opposite, it wasn't touching at all).

The ending was a pure disappointment.
(And come on, this is a shojo manga and the male protagonist doesn't give up the wigs and female clothesconfused Wtf)

(PS: sorry if I made mistakes, English isn't my mothertongue...)

At first I rated it a ten, but that was only when I read chapter one...now I give it a one...for it is typical and cliche and does not move my heart at all...let alone make me laugh....The girl is you average "He looked at me! I'm gonna start crying! He is mean but I choose to be with him but I still complain! I'M GONNA CRY AGAIN!" Like that.......cross dressing manga are always fun to me but I became seriously and extremely bored seriously and extremely fast...thank god it only has 15 chapters....the author should really stick to her manga with little girls...

Letdown

I've read my fair share of manga, and this is the first time I've commented. But I just couldn't keep quite! The plot sounded potentially fun, but after reading this, I am baffled at all the positive ratings. I grew to dislike Akira more and more with each chapter. He is a manipulative/controlling, self-centered attention-monger. He never explains himself, and he continually acts out to get others (including the female lead) to do just as he wants even when he's the one in the wrong. I fail to find any redeeming qualities in him. On top of that, the plot has him growing in popularity as his personality declines, and watching his childish behavior get reinforced just made me even more frustrated! I am accustomed to the mean, stoic, or tsundere male leads favored by so many shujos, and unless they're played just right, I usually don't like them all that much, but even the bad ones are more attractive than this character.

Beyond that, the dialogue and plot flow were a bit confusing at times. In some scenes, I really wasn't sure what was intended (I don't know if it's a translation issue or the content itself), but then the story just skipped on, so I followed suit. I held out because I was convinced that Akira would somehow turn around and we would see some growth that would rectify the bad taste left by his personality thus far, but it didn't happen. I hardly ever regret reading something, even if it's not that good, but this time, I think I do. Sad.

the art is wonderful biggrin Her works are always awesome and has never let me down.
So what if it may be a bit cliche, I mean you probably already know who she's going to be with but who cares? It is awesome, filled with a lot of romance and laughs. <3

Asami annoys me...

Even if it's to make her a 'believable' character, her little tantrums about how weird the other students are, quite honestly, irritating. Maybe because I do not mesh well with this types of people in real life. These types of people who think that attaining amazing scores or grades in school allows them the right to station their pursuits above others when such pursuits can result in a life with a lot of success but very little meaning. Asami thinks she's 'right' in her opinions towards her weird peers, but it reminds me of when the Europeans came to America: they had little regard for the natives and their actions reflected as much. To me, Asami seems like just another dull bulb in the world, flickering enough only for herself, with little illumination for others.
